self topping plant ?

i recently germinated a femminzed blue berry . it was put in a rapid rooter and put under a dome . after 3 wks in the dome it had some small roots . i put the sprout in a RDWC system and left it alone a few days . i come back to check on things and noticed the seedling had not one top but 2 tops. the plant is healthy looking in color.once the roots started coming out of the net pot ,it took off.
is it normal for a seedling to put out 2 tops ??

i dont think its normal, altho I havnt ran MUCH from seeds, but in all the seeds Iv popped over the years Iv never had 2, but theres always mutants and weird things going on inside of some seeds, they aint all built the same. I wouldnt worry, if its healthy, shit, Id look at it as a plus!

It's just a mutation from over breeding and femming. Watch for hermies and it should be fine. I had a White Woidow that did the same thing and produced twice what 10 other plants from the same batch of seeds did. Couldn't reproduce the results though.

i had one that grew two heads together, the stem never split...cool as thing tried taking clones to see if it would continue but it didnt!

More than likely no, but why wouldn't you try?

oooohhhh i cant wait . the self topping happened at about 3 inch , its now 8 inches tall .normally i would wait till the plant had 4 nodes before i would top it , when could i start topping ? do i just start counting again, but on each new top. wait for 4 set of nodes on each new top . each new top now has 3 set of nodes plus the top .

Because it is a rare occurrence it makes it up to your discretion. There aren't any "How to top mutated plants" threads out there. Think it through and use your best judgment, or post good pics and I'm sure everyone will chime in.

Sorry I flaked for a few days. IMO. Leave it be, Unless you need them short to fit your setup. I think you will already have at least five main kolas. Maybe FIMM them instead of a full top. In stead of taking the entire top node just pinch it to stunt it's growth which will allow the lower growth to mature before the top's heal and even the growth out. I'm sure there are sticky threads on the subject. I might just let it got o see what it does. Just keep me posted on your choice or if you have any questions
