Nice looking ladies, and that looks like a super efficient setup too, got a lot going on in there. I especially like the lights on the floor -- nice space-age touch LOL. Oh yeah watch out for the Grandma's molasses -- the unsulphured stuff is better than the other shit I used a couple years ago that will make you have to flush more later down the road.

i had just heard about the sodium level in Grandma's Molasses the other day. I have since stopped using it and will pick up some different stuff (e.g. Black Strap) when I get the chance. I'd rather leave out any unnecessary flushes due to salt build up, but I am going to flush tomorrow just to be safe.
I mean I am growing organic so flushes are not really part of the equation lol.

Hey dude I appreciate the kind words and for stopping by.
I am definitely stoked on my grow setup since it is such a large leap from my previous grow and makes it much easier to control. While it is doing fine for what I need, I have seen other tent grows that I still aspire to. One day I will get there.

Update today. This is the last week of veg. Next weekend I will start 12/12. They are all roughly 13-15" tall and bushy as fuck.
I have been having some deficiencies this week, mainly due to the sodium (that i was not aware of) in the molasses I was using (at least that's what I think). I gave them a flush and hit them with a bit of bloom nutes and grow nutes as their red stems were telling me they were a little potassium hungry. That's what they get for pre-flowering all through veg lol.

All looks good but ideally you want the ballast outside the tent. Also careful not to drop any water on the power cords you have laying near the pot on the tent floor.
As for the fluorescent lights, I see you took them off? anyway, they were too far to provide any real use for the plants. If temps are under control perhaps you can try going up to 600w before flowering? That's what I would do!

Yo !!!, thanks for checking out my grow.
I would love to have my ballast on the outside of my tent but unfortunately it is actually installed as part of the hood (HTG). It might be able to be removed (as it doesn't look welded on)....but any tinkering with the hood will have to wait until next grow.
Good common sense thing about the water. You can never really tell someone enough times not to spill water on hot power cords or sockets. Luckily though, I have half a brain and take my plants out of my tent to water.
You got me on the CFLs, though. The idea sounded so good when I was baked, though LOL. I left the 68w installed down at the end because it actually does give off some useful light.
I would love to have a 600w HPS, but for now I am stuck with what I have. Maybe next grow (aka 2 months from now) will be a 600w MH/HPS cooltube with 6 clones....???? Who knows.

alright man some brutal honesty here. those plants are in serious trouble. its far worse than some sodium. they look like they are drowned. if i were you i would nurse them back to health before flowering. no hate just sayin.

You think so? Check my water log in my first post on page 1.
I water about every 5-7 days. Dry 2-3 inches beneath the soil.
I don't leave any standing water in the trays, but you think it's over watered? The yellowing isn't getting any worse btw. i think my pics for next week will put your fears to rest.

::edit:: maybe it's because all my pics of my plants are when they are soaking wet? I take pics once a week, usually on a Sunday or Saturday. That is also usually after I water. Ok every time I water lol.

Quick grow update:
I switched to 12/12 earlier this week. They are getting suuuuper bushy right now. This is day 5 of flower.
Also picked up some Brer Rabbit and just gave them a taste.
