Caveman Grow - 4plants + 3k Watts

Hi there, this is my first time growing. I had a friend set me up, and i had 0 knowledge on anything to do in this business, although i was really keen to get into growing my own smoking supply!

After doing moutains of research on this and other forums, i've decided to give the UC system a try, in another room that im currently building but will take a month or two to get together.

I FEEL LIKE A CAVEMAN GROWING IN THIS ROOM compared to the other rooms i've seen! I'd really like some advice and help to see what can make my temporary room a little bit better until i setup my UC room.

Here are some photos, and some details of my room, and please, i'd really like some advice on how to make my room better, does anyone even do grows like this anymore ._.?

I would like to point out that im not in US or Canada, im in a part of the world where our hydro stores and our population have not the best knowledge on growing good hydros, as i found out from doing many researches T_T. We don't even know what ebb+flow,dwc,uc, etc are here yet Lol, thankgod for internet!!

Room specs:
4m x 3m
5 x 600w HPS Lights
1 x 1000mm x 300mm carbon filter (with high powered fan sucking into attic)
1 x 200L res
1 x 15a 4x1 Timer Board
1 x Elec Timer (for feeding, feeds 1 minute on, 4 times a day)
1 x Analogue Timer for the extra 600w light in center
1 x Wall Fan + 1 x Ground Fan for ballasts
4 x 50L Buckets + 4 x 50L Drainage Buckets
Soil is perlite+coco husk in one, and coco husk all in others.
The blue things are "pot socks" apparently ment to help roots somehow, and i have the hydroton filled on each of the pots the bottom 2 inches for help with drainage also.

Running to waste, out to the garden .
Current nutes are Canna VEGA A+B (2part).

Please give advice .

The plants are 10-12 days into veg from being put in the buckets, they veged for also 10 days as clones to root :x. Yes one of them was stunted, and there is a seedling in a small plastic pot my girlfriend wanted to grow cause shes weird >_>, but i might join the two small ones together?? Can you do that? A friend said you could.

But yea! My first grow ever, i wouldn't have even done this if it was up to me, i would have gone straight for a more up-to-date growing system of aeroponics or something, but meh.

So i have 5 lights at the moment, one over each and one central, should i make the central light vertical?

I'll come back to offer some tips in a second, but first things first.

If this white boxes on the floor are ballasts. They need to come off the ground Asap. Bad things happen when ballasts get wet.

Yeaa :SS, my friend is welding a metal frame with mesh squares for air flow today so i can dynabolt it up high above where i will put my nets, he is slack worker even after i paid him T_T, hopefully today i can push him to finish the weld lol.

Definitely get the ballasts off the ground!! lol. Are all of them from seeds or is just that one? The only thing with seeds is you have to try to sex them as soon as possible, because if you end up with your male sticking around a bunch of your females for a little too long your gonna have millions upon millions of seeds. Do you know what strains they are? Its always nice to do a little research on your strains to figure out correct flowering time length.. etc. It always just gives you that extra little bit of info! How big are you wanting to get them/ how long are you vegging them for? And i think you said that you have venting taking the hot air out of the room from your hoods? Thats good temperature is definitely a thing you want to control, get a meter if you dont have one- and get one showing humidity too, to high of humidity your plants cant grow! Oh, and you can put pictures in this actual journal. The little one in the plastic pot is the only one from a seed, (my gf wanted to mess around with some seeds during the two weeks the other 4 clones were rooting+setting up room lol). That little blue thing is a temp+hummidity gauge, temp sits around 30-35 degrees celcius (idk farenheit?) and humidity is at 25%, is that ok? I plan to put in another wall fan in a day or two, and a heater for a night, cause it gets down to 10-15 degrees celcius at night time.

There are tiny tiny fibres on 2 or 3 of the plants including the seedling, my friend says they are female fibres? He says it's good the seeds female, but not sure if theyre trying to flower cause it's too cold at night? They still are growing frequently though ^^. Im running them 20 hrs light 4 hrs dark.

I want to veg them for 2-3 more weeks(2 weeks clone 4 weeks in buckets total), hopefully to get 5 or 6 feet tall, i'm trying to aim for 1.5 lbs on the three bigger ones, and either 1lbs or 350-400grams on the smaller stunted one :X, do you think this is realistic with 3k watts??

Is it possible for plants to start flowering if on 20 hrs light 4 hrs dark if the temps get too cold during that 4 hrs??
