Bushmaster in compost

Hi ICMAG,

Can any bushmaster users advise me of its use in compost as theres no way on earth the manufacturers dosages for soil/compost growing can be right there far to strong. Although ive read the bushmaster threads here allot of people seem to be geared around using it in hydro even thou it was formulated primarily for soil culture.

I water my plants every 3 days (twice a week) never flushing my compost only feeding with plain water every third watering, so how would i apply bushmaster at a dose that stops all stretch and promotes flowering in compost!

I was thinking of doing things this way first day off 12/12 bushmaster the crop @ 3ml/L with RO water with added kelp, then at next watering just feeding plants with plain RO water???

thanx for any help received.

I always used it for 2 feedings @ the recommended strength on the bottle.

Be careful- some plants REALLY don't like this stuff and I've had some straight up die on me.

Mr. Hugeblunts thanx for your reply how did you feed it them just with water........and also what did you do after the two feeds of bush back on full strength nutes or did you use plain water for one feed ect thanx.

Wow full strength for two feeds your brave...... :)

I used it along with my regular feeding (fox farm). Watered (w/nutes+bushmaster). Same 2 days later. Plain water 2 days after that.

Yeh Mr. Hugeblunts any more info please like how old the clone/seed plant was what size when bushmastered ect.

Anyone else who is using it would you like to add your detailed exsperiences as im sure the size and age of the plant play an importnant role in dosage's as the motabalism of the plants will be different all round.

Im planning on using 3ml/l and apply 2x through the start of 12/12 then checking the results if theres more strentch then ill apply a third time. Nothing but plain water will be added with the bushmaster as there should be enougth food left in the compost even if the pot is fully rooted out.

Second week of 12/12 ill feed as normal but at a reducced E.C

I have found it to be one product i cannot go without. This run i did a bunch of chem/kush crosses(soil). After 1 - 2 month veg. Those damn things stretch like crazy.I am all for the least amount of work when it comes to tending the garden. So rather than bend /tie down all that crap.It easily fixes the problem.

I had to tinker with it awhile to get the right doseage, else you can stunt your plants.1-1 1/2 tsp per gallon of water.Wait till the plant u want reaches the desired height. Then as Mr. Hugeblunts said ( 2 waterings with it ) Thats it!!..And the plant will induce flowering ,it does take about a week off the flowering time..cause they stop stretching..A good tool for lazy person like myself
