Greetings Bredren & Sistren
Need a second opinion on the wiring of a fan control. Cables are 3 core, live, earth & neutral. Just want to know which terminals to connect each wire.

I'm reckoning to connect (from left to right) - 1-Supply in, 2-supply out to fan, 3-neutral supply in, 4-neutral supply out & 5-both earths.

I'm I doing things right?
Cheers

NO! I would say you are incorrect. ;)

It should be:
1-Supply In, 3-Neutral In,4- Neutral out (to Fan), 5-Variable Supply Out (to fan)

You will attached safety grounds together.(Gnd wire, controller ground and fan ground) . Ground does not attach to any of those terminals....

Per the link provided:
Terminal 2:
* 230 Vac not regulated output for connecting lamp, valve, dampers ...
or three wire motor connection; branched off after switch (Imax: 2A)

I.E.-If you want something to turn on with the fan (but NOT at a reduced power), you would connect it here.
