perlite and coco layered, fed by hand with GH Flora Micro/Bloom.Temps have been good and my only problem so far has been keeping the plants from growing into the light, lol. :plant grow:

Current line-up:

3- Killing Feilds F2 No.9(Chinese) from seed

3- Ultra Snow [(PurpleOG X MK Ultra/G13Haze) X Rez Snowdog bx1] by Dr. Candyman from seed

1- East Coast Sour Diesel

1- Train Wreck

1- SFV OG Kush

I will have pics up in a day or two.:comfort:

A slight change in the line up, Cherry AK and 1 of the ECSD had to be removed.

But that just leaves more room for the rest of the ladies.

This is a pic of one of my Killing fields during transplant:

A couple of pics on Day1 of flower:

things are looking nice over here. beautuful plants for a vert grow. might i ask, how long was the veg on these? they seem perfect for the tent. once the buds get heavy i doubt they will be standing up so straight, not that thats a bad thing just something to deal with.

so temps are good? any sort of cooling happening at all? i see you have the fan under the light.. what the exsaust looking like.

Hey Natagonnaworrie, I will have to use my bondage skills when they plump up, lol.

From seed I veg in 10 oz. styrofoam Hempy cups until i see pre-flowers. I like to get them nice and root bound under the T-5's.

When I transplant to flower I veg for three days in front of the 1000 watt hps to let the roots get established in their new buckets, flip to flower on day 4 in front of hps, then it is off to the races.

For my environment I use these two fans:

-Under 1000 watt Bulb
Vornado premium 735
http://www.vornado.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ISC_Category=Premium+735

-And a Can RS 6HO 440cfm inline fan w/ carbon filter above the 1000 watt bulb that exhausts the hot air out of the building.

This combo is all I need so far, I will see when summer gets here if I need to add A/C.

Thank you all for stopping by.

more pics soon....

Clean and simple. One big bulb with very high airflow to keep the enviorment cool. That little ground fan is pricey but it looks like you struck gold with it because it's obviously working.

Nice strain selection too.

I'll be around. Great job man.

Yes, that little fan is working quite lovely. They had one for $20 less w/ 3 speed, but I just figured I would get the best I could find.

Thanks Work2much.

Very nice grow you have going.

Have you previously grown horizontal and vertical? reason I ask, I'm about to set up the flower room and am deliberating whether to go vertical this time. I'm in a 4x6x6 tent and plan to have two 600 HPS'. I was going to go horizontal with this until I started coming across vertical set ups.

Your Ultra snow#1 looks like having trouble with air flow issues, do you apply CO2 in the grow tent?

You are right slimshady, I have very good air flow when lights are on, but when lights go off so did the fans. I noticed this problem a few days ago and now I run my fans when the lights are off too. Hopefully this will help and no I do not use Co2.

Hey hehehemann, thanks.

I used to grow horizontal with a 600 watt hps in an air cooled hood, which worked just fine but if you want bigger yields you need to go vertical. With a 4X6X6 tent, you could run two 600 watt hps vertically.

Edit: UltraSnow #1 is throwing bananas, off with it's head!

Hey! Looking good in here..

So it's a 3 day veg after sexing? Interesting. the plants looked pretty big. U must get them that large in those little 10oz cups?

take care man. i'm switching to vert for my next one and i'm trying to learn as much as i can.

PEACE!

Week 4 Update:

A couple of the UltraSnowdogs started to hermie so I killed all three. Much of the pollen hit a Killing Field so I tossed that plant too.

Two of the Killing Fields are really impressing me, #3 is a fruity/lemon smell and #2 I thought was purple is actually coco/brown and smells like tootsie rolls.
