Help—Can they be saved?

I’m growing in a PC 8.1"W x 26.5"H x 18.6"D
Hydro set up – 1 gallon reservoir with decent air pump & stone.

2 Lowryders auto fl. One is on about day 33 (about 6 inches tall), the other, not sure, probably about day 20 not even an inch(I know this is a problem – both plants should be started at the exact same time)
2 intake fans in front with very limited space to suck air, one exhaust in back.
Three 42W cfls (2700k) and one 27w cfl (2700k) 18 on 6 off. (started with four 23w 6500k)
Nutes is Moondust (19-8-13) currently at about 950 PPM.
The big one is obviously a male which is fine – I need seeds.

Water very good- brita filter, then Zero Water filter.

Temp in low 70s during day – at the start I was using weaker lights, so I increased to bring temps up.

From the very start I have had constant problems with slow growth, yellow plants, brown spots.
I always suspected I was underfertilizing, so I have been raising nutes. Has been over 900 now for over a week, and still see no change. Week before that 650. They are as yellow as can be.
I don’t know what to do. Should I continue to up nutes to over 1000 ?
I just want to try to get these healthy so I can take some seeds and perhaps a little bud, then try again.
Or should I just put them out of their misery and start over. Something obviously is very wrong here.

when you say your at 900ppm is that .5 or .7 scale?

depending on that i would say you are over-feeding, but im no expert.

is the nutrients your using ment for hydro? iv never heard of it.

good luck!

EDIT: btw you should post in the infirmary forum.

ide also say it looks like some over feeding, just some back up on ganjafarmer's advice, definitly post in the infirmary section.

also look at this tread im linking, you may see something like your problem(although it seems like you are over feeding), save the link, it will most likely come in handy in the future.

You have fried them bro.
Thats DWC right? id say so. 19/8/13 at 950ppm's, yip thats way too hot for such little ones. Change nutes i would, never heard of that moon shit, it might be ok stuff if you turn down the ppm's. The damage looks done to me bro & id start again sorry. your final yield weight is gonna be really affected now , with the damage you have caused here. Oh well we live & learn. Next time dont go soo hot. Start at 2-300 ppms & build up to 900 in MId Bloom working your way back down to 700-600ppm's, ! just before you put them to flush, PH 5.5-5.8 always. Learn to chart PH, it speaks plant to you man & this is how we gauge what the plants needs are in hydroponics, start at 300ppms, and check PH later that day, if PH has gone UP, you need to increase PPMS-only a little, 50ppms at a time or daily, if PH goes Down you need to weaken your PPMs off, what has your ph been doing on a daily basis?

Peace Scroger!

BTW 650ppms was too hot to begin with man, take it down to 300 in future to start with ok man! & get a hydro specific nute like Canna hydro or something similar!

If it's not hydro, why the hydroton and netpots?

950, on whatever scale, is far too hot for such small plants especially in an extra hot medium as FF. Get some method of measuring pH as that determines what is or is not available for plants to eat.

you mention a lot of shit except the PH, which is what your problem is. the ph is off and nutes are locked out. start over with plain water.

Sorry for the confusion. That one died. Started over with soil--check out my signiture. Some day I might try hydro again, but for now I'll stick to the basics.
