Need Plant Tone advice

I wanted to find out how much Espoma Plant Tone to use per cubic foot of mix. The mix (Promix base) is only amended with EWC, mushroom compost, kelp meal (1 cup per cubic ft.) perlite and lime (.5 cup per cu ft.).

I can't find Bio Tone + locally so I got some Plant Tone but don't want to make the mix too hot. I know some of y'all are using it and thought I'd get some advice. Thanks.

I wrote Espoma a while back an they said to use 1 part Plant Tone to 25 parts soil, or 4%. I have never used that much. I've used it with Happy Frog pre-amended soil at 0.3% with noticeable improvement in the quality of the plants, nice and dark green. I would try 1-2% on unfertilized soil and go from there. Also compost your dirt for at least 2 weeks prior to using.
