After a while go to the doc and tell him your nerves are gone because of the belittling of this clown. Don't take the pills he prscribes you, but continue going for counseling.

After a couple months have a nervous breakdown. Cry in front of people, lol... Play it up. Then get a Lawyer and sue the clown for mental anguish and causing your breakdown. After you get your settlement tell the idiot you staged the entire thing, but thank him for being a dick....

i would go back to the job BUT after a week i woudl complain about him to the EOE, im sure there is one, you just have to find it and have them investigate him.

if at all possible i would tape his ass somehow to show them what your talking about, and see if he acts any different after the visit.

thsi guy sounds like a true dick of epic proportions!! and you do need a job but that is some bullshit, and if its just him and everyone else is cool , i would just have him investigated.

Arctic you have a very reasonable attitude about the situation.I would go back to work their ,have a talk with him when he crosses the line.Continue to work their and collect a paycheck until you find another job ,or get fired .I guess it depends on what your willing to tolerate temporarily,or how badly you need money right now..

This sounds like the kind of insecure, weak character that you could manipulate into treating you like a fucking god at work. If you need the job THAT badly, get on the phone with him and tell him you'll come back to work if he straightens out his attitude and if he pulls shit again at work wag your finger at him. Treat him like the child he is and YOU will become the boss. Remind him constantly that he cannot keep employees treating them like shit, remind him that you're doing HIM a favor coming into work every day.

Or maybe I'm all wrong idk, but this is what I'd try and pull. I mean you already quit once so who gives a shit? Have some fun making this dude your bitch while looking for a less hostile work environment. I know how great it feels to finally say "FUCK YOU I QUIT" but it's not worth it. I've done it once and regretted it dearly when I could not find a job for another 2 months and had to move back in with my parents.. feels bad man.

lol yes, this boss is a textbook psycho i'm going to call him in a little bit and say "hey, this this what's wrong with the working environment you provide, this is what needs to change before i return." if he flips his shit again and tries to blame me for all his problems in life and expects me to apologize for him, i'll calmly say, "ok i've said my peace, you've said yours. now i'll be contacting an attorney, have a good one" or something lol. i agree with everyone so far: this job is ridiculous and anyone with an OUNCE of self-respect would have run for the hills the second this dude opened his mouth .... but a job is a job and times are rough! i've had some really cool bosses, but who cares if they're cool if they're going to lay you off/terminate you because you're a temp and you're expendable? this guy is a tool, but at least the job isn't hard and it pays unbelievably well for what it is...the only downside is captain temper-tantrum makes an appearance at least once a day

i'll let you know how it goes! i appreciate all the encouragement, it means a lot! especially since in "real life" all i hear is people bitching at me and telling me to just endure it because we need this, etc etc... you guys have rebuilt my confidence and reminded me that dignity is important much appreciated!

haha you're right sparkjumper, i've been trying to make money with weed for years, and every year some obstacle gets in my way i just dug all these huge hole and filled them with a good mix (it took me 6 hours to bring like 300lbs of soil mix out there, it was fucking ridiculous). after all that hard work.... my car dies and now i have no way to get my clones and seedlings out there! awesome! i guess i'll just clone the hell out of all my plants and flower them in a big SOG inside..

but yeah the girl has been acting weird lately, i think its because we're so broke. money has definitely been stressing out the home life for sure

I agree, if i were working for some corporate entity, it'd be really easy to just go over his head, to HIS boss, and explain the situation.. but this guy bought this company. he is the CEO/manager/foreman...the works.
