Depends on the amount of moisture in the jar when you go to store it really.
I would store it like a fine wine since it is a deserving herb.

I would think that you would want to keep it cooler than 105. Than again maybe it brings out the smell. I just noticed that higher heat leads to a quicker dry, not really allowing the bud to cure but crisp up.

Think of it as a medicine.
Most recommendations for storing medicines..........store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

cellar temps to continue curing, freeze if you want it to basically stop time for it.. itll stay the same potency for a very long time, and will not continue to cure.

i'm talkin about bud thats been cured right..no excess moisture. storage for 2-3 months..what is cellar temperature..55-60?

if you dont freeze it will it continue to cure?
I'm under the understanding that bud will cure up to a certain point, and after it reaches its "max cure", so to speak, it only has room to degrade. I'm sure theres buttloads of threads on curing that could lead you in the right direction. My intuition tells me that it's bud specific, there's probably bud that reaches its peak at 3 months and bud that gets better well into 3 years . And of course ALL this depends on how well its stored.

I try and let my buds cure for 6-8 weeks in Mason jars (1/2 gallon size). Then I put it into a Food Saver bag and seal the bag with the air removed and it's placed in the bottom of a deep freezer in the garage.

Works for me..................

I do the freezer thing and the mason jar thing...been doing it for nearly 20 years.
If I will consume the product within a couple months,I use the jars with a nifty cure.
I use the freezer (after I put a nifty cure on) for longer storage. I can see storing well cured bud in jars in a cool dark environment for upwards of several months and it still be tasty treats.
