DIY UnderCurrent RDWC design question

Started building myself a "UnderCurrent" system and I think I may have made a mistake. I am wondering if I spaced the buckets too far apart from each other. IMO the UC has their buckets too close, especially if your growing monsters so I choice a wider rez. I also have the original waterfarm controller and rez so if need be, I could swap out what I have in the pic and replace with the smaller footprint waterfarm controller to bring the buckets closer to each other. From center bucket to center bucket is 33 inches. Still fits in a 4x4 grid. IMO this would work great with vert lightning. I'm not ready for that yet.

no, there are dudes who are growing on 40" + centers

you are fine, you can cut and recut pvc to your liking

Yes. That is what I am modeling after. I have seen this up close and personal and the "UC" version I seen, needed more space in between the buckets because the lower and mid sections were into each other. This DIY will be directly under 1 1000. There will be supplemental lighting due to another 1000 next to it but that 1000 is for a set of DWC's

I want to go vert but the heat would be out of control. I was thinking if I could use a cool tube with no siding and rock it like that in the center.

looks like they're a fair distance apart. chuck them closer if you want your water pump to work more efficiently, less water to push through the system the better in its case.

I think I am going to go vert. Will be using a cool tube to control the temps. I'm going to go sketch this out to see how hard it would be to implement.
