Ok cool. Yea I don't know why I said bend l, I just twist it like you said. Well I did it last night and hopefully things should be all nice and good within a day or two.

It is hard to explain. I guess smooshing(?) would be better to describe it than twist.

If you roll too much, thereby twisting it, you will cause ruptures in the epidermis and cortex all the way into the cambium layer which can cause undo stress and an invitation for bugs/disease.

yea text i definitely broke the stem on a few. luckily i dont have any bug problems (knock on wood) but unfortunately my plants are starting to get some light burn and they need to come down a little. i am going to support the areas that did get broken with some stakes. right now im gonna have to take the hangers off and use wire to get the lights up as high as possinble. i am only going to have like like 6 inches between the topmost buds and the lights. i am also going to try and tie a couple down because i dont want my ccrop to get ruined because of light burn. ill let you know how it all turns out in a few days.

Break 'em. :whip:

I beat the living shit out of my girls if they get out of line, at all stages of growth. The kinky little bitches love it :D

I supercrop all the way to harvest (less the final 2 weeks or so). Once they get into flower I usually do more of a pinch and roll and less bending right below bud sites... I can keep a generally tall Sativa super short and squatty by doing this. This is in a SOG.

If anything I have noticed increase in yields. I don't keep weight data around, but my eyeball is calibrated pretty good.
i totally agree i do this to all the way to harvest you wont hurt anything

well it's too late now but you could have scrogged those bitches.....although supercropping is ok too...I just prefer the scroggage...

I kind of look at the canopy regularly and try to even things out and then get the plant to spread horizontally outward. Think umbrella tree, that helps me visualize what I'm trying to achieve. Hubby says I'm actually really good at this, and that's how I think about it.
