the deficiency you mentioned in #114 sounds like magnesium..just a guess though.

the dwc looks good, I'm no expert on hydro though..but looks cool. If you're really going for stealth though, you're going to want to work on silencing that airpump. I switched one of my bubble cloners over to a kind of cheep aero or something...I just put a little water pump in the middle, no sprayers..and just let it shoot water straight up at the lid. The water splashes off the lid and hits ll the roots/cuttings and is working awesome.....and the water pump is way quieter than the airpump as long as you can then silence the water. So it depends on you're situation I guess because the airpump can be set up remotely (away from the grow) whereas the water pump has to be inside of it.....ok sorry I'm just rambling now and throwing out ideas...hahahha.

That looks like the right ballast to me. I hooked up my pl-l's with some 2g11 sockets that they came with but I think maybe it was super pedro that wired directly to the bulb to save room. You can probably just buy some kind of plugs that you clamp on there if you feel safe doing so. If you're looking for the actual sockets they go into try atlantalighting or coollights.biz - I think those are the companys that had the 2g11 cleats/sockets.

the church might be more stealthy as far as smell goes (imo)

Ghostwolf - no worries, ive been sitting here for a few weeks now i believe that living arrangements are definitly a problem for alot of growers, but not the older masters that we follow! (rep to the Doc) i think they are doing good, the little one that looks like it is wilting is in the main show right now, as my other plant is going throught some lst. now i HAVE to go to home depot, also thanks for the protip! i really want a y adapter.

thanks for the props guys, and yeah, im going almost full strength nutes, with fish ferts, that says 5-1-1 and some kelp boost, i think thats why her green is coming back. she had some serious lacking in nutes previously.

They have of course have plenty of lighting stuff at Home Depot, good for light bulbs and other things(I'm trying out a Full Spectrum 27w/100w CFL just found there), but Wal-Mart is cheaper for some of the more general things. Always good to meet another red man. My family are the Northern Cherokee of the old Louisiana Territory. We're all over the southeast, I'm in Florida myself. "Go in a good way" Until next time

Hey christoph, baby's are looking good man, how old are they now?? How are the nute problems going now?? I my self are trying to keep things as simple as possible. Started of with mixing my own soil (organic) and so far only feeding with "powerfeed concentrate" which is made by the same makers of "seasol" Its a fish fertilizer with liquid compost. Aussie made and organic based, seems to be doing the job so far me. I love the "KISS principle" after all why complicate things if I don't need too....lol.

Keep up the good work as it is all a learning curve with micro grows!!

johnnybsmokin - one sprouted awhile back, thats my topped one, and she has been throught alot of trauma. but my second seedling sprouted its root on 03-30-2010, thanks too icmag for the forums I definitly agree with keeping things simple, i like organic, and i think i actually have that fish fertilizer, it was goupy, and had some organic matters in it when i mixed it up with some water. i also add some kelp boost this time, i also have organic seaweed, but its 0.1-0.1-0.5 compared to the 5-1-1 that i have, i think this one is better for vegging my babies, should i combine all of these?

anyways, i might have some pictures for you guys tonight, but im pretty baked

I understand all parts if that christoph hehe. Cherokee is very hard. My mother used to speak it and sing it to me when I was a kid. But very little has stuck with me. I have a Cherokee dictionary and language book and they are rough too. Cool BC my friend. well guys, i think my plants are picking up, and ive improved the ventillation in my bigger box, and its a constant 25C!

but first, before i show you my plants, i thought i would show you some of the bud ive been curing! its master kush.

i hope you like the bud shots! now onto the plants!

the leaves are all turning a deep green, im pretty sure this is healthy, what do you guys think? she now has 5 bud sites!

here she is bathing in the warm glow of her cfl's. her 5th bud site is just below that mutated clipped leaf in the back left hand side

and here is my other baby, who is taking a bubble bath in her tub.

just a reminder to myself that today marks the start of 12/12 for an experiment, although it says its auto flower, she started on 03-30-2010 when she germed, and its now 05-03-2010. shouldent she have shown sex by now? its been 34 days since sprout...

so im switching to 12 12 today, on 05-03-2010
