Always leave the stash at home when visiting the President. Let him offer YOU something to smoke....

The Secret Service arrested a sound engineer covering President Barack Obama's Iowa trip after marijuana was found in his backpack, Tuesday,

The audio engineer, whose name was not reported, was part of ABC's crew covering the presidential visit. He was brought into the assignment by a local cameraman hired by ABC, TVNewser report on the Web site mediabistro.com.
The pot was discovered as the sound man and the cameraman were going through the routine Secret Service security sweep. Federal agents turned him over to local authorities, the report said.

"While we did not hire this soundman directly, we certainly regret that the Secret Service and local authorities had to waste their valuable time dealing with this matter," ABC N
ews spokesman Jeffrey Schneider told TVNewser.

Either they clearly protected the prez from the dangerous drug the addict/soundman could have used to poison the prez or Obama scored sum dank from hiz boiz yo. Not sure but it has to be one or the other, right?

Stoopid Munkee! if it is a real bad idea to bring yer stash to the airport how bad an idea is it to bring it to see the president?

What was that guy thinking... Was he going to smoke on the job. That tool makes us all look bad. If he had a flask would it still be reported?

You think they could have just left the dude and his stash alone, I mean really what a waste of resources & time for something harmless.

They didn't mention the guy with the pistol that got through the security checkpoints. At least they have their priorities well in line.

There Is A Bomb In This Thread ... Divert it to the Piedmont Triad airport ... I wonder if they knew just how much weed was surrounding the Prez when he visited NC last week ...

Thats what I thought.

"While we did not hire this soundman directly, we certainly regret that the Secret Service and local authorities had to waste their valuable time dealing with this matter," ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider told TVNewser.

As a taxpayer, I too regret that you wasted valuable time dealing with the matter. And I suppose you want paid for this waste of my money (and hence my time) too. Lowlife scum.

Also, what is the president doing? Wasting more of my money campaigning for socialism? Get back to Washington and park that plane. You told McCain a few weeks ago that the campaign was over. Lowlife scum.

Okay seriously I just looked at this and I think that I should clarify that I was referring to that white house party where those two people snuck in. I absolutely have no ambition whatsoever to go to any kind of political event. But it's like well that's kind of a tremendous breach in security and I would think that they would have the sense of mind to not sweat a little marijuana as opposed to weapons. I'm sure there are toxic substances but I'm sure marijuana isn't one. No matter how much people try to bullshit me about allergies.
