They just look overwatered to me. I would have said root rot but the heads aren't wilted so ur prob ok, just let it dry out.

I would agree with the above, looks almost drowned. You do have drain holes in that pot yes?

Solution: Make sure there are drain holes and let soil dry up before you water again.

How often are you watering?DAILY

Don't love them too much.. Treat them like women - ignore them a bit and eventually they'll show all (or fuck your friend) but yeah man over watered. Pop a finger in the soil if it's dry to the knuckle then water till you see water exiting the drain holes - just bathe her. But if you feel the slightest moisture then wait and do not water.

tap water: problem
watering every day: problem
ocean breeze? (ocean forest?), VERY HOT SOIL, you don't need ANYTHING BUT WATER for about 30-45 days (I notice you are feeding every week)

your wilt looks like overwatering/overfeeding.

like the above guy sed, let the soil dry out between waterings, even let em wilt a little before adding more water, so you KNOW it takes 3 days for the plant to use up the moisture in the pot, cannabis LOVES wet/dry cycles in soil,.....my blue dreams are about 13" tall right now in 1 gallon pots, and are taking a watering about every 4th or 5th day.

at LEAST run that tap water through a carbon filter (brita pitcher), or do like I do, and just buy water from the pure water store, or glacier/arrowhead vending machines, five gallons runs me a buck, so I might spend $25 on water during my grow,...once you start using pure filtered water, trust me, you wont go back to tap ever,....just remember ALL soil/nutrients are made thinking you will be using tap water, so you'll need to supplement the calcium and magnesium that you're missing in the filtered/ro water,...I just use blackstrap molasses; 1/2 a tsp per gal every other watering for this.

PH test strips/liquid drops kits are about $5 at any hardware/nursery/gardening store, GET ONE so you know whats going on in the pots

my grandmom (and everyone else's g-ma's too) said "more plants are killed with love than neglect"

very true

I water daily but i don't give them very much water at all. I closed up the tent to heat it up and when i came home last night they were alive and well looking better than ever. Do plants wilt from stress? Maybe when i switched over to 12 12 it could have freaked them out?

If overwatering is your problem it's definitely easy to do at first. A great item to have is a moisture, light, and pH meter (e.g. Mosser Lee Soil Master) available at Lowe's for about $10, similar version at Depot for about $8. I was running my soil way too wet at first, this meter was $10 bucks very well spent.
