Just how important is weed

Is it something you use on a daily basis? Do you go through withdraws when you stop use? Does your world revolve around it?


I would have to say that it's a big part of my world, when I am dry, it sucks, but not nearly as bad as if I went without cigarettes. LoL When I first started smoking I would go through small withdrawls when I wouldn't smoke...but now not so much.. But now it seems like a lot of my world is revolving around weed. Just wondering if its the same for other ppl....

it is a daily med for me and so when I don't have it
I'm not very comfortable, in place of weed I have
oxycontin & hydromorphone two overly powerful
narcotic meds that first make me nauseous/puking
and then takes away the pain leaving me a zombie.

here I am in MN a non mmj state.

my choice must be obvious, and so is my need for weed,
my cursed back is exactly many of med states allowable
maladies in granting mmj cards, so it goes.......

My whole life revolves around weed I haven't ran out in so long I couldn't tell you if I have withdrawls lol....I love the plant and it rules my world.

I am firmly entrenched into the world of marijuana, as a grower, breeder, medical user and caregiver, advocate, from everything to do with hash, bho, extracts, cooking with cannabutter, has and extracts.

Without marijuana, with all of the hard core medications I take for chronic pain, which also makes me nauseated, I had a horrible life. There were many days that I wanted to die. Now I am more present and funtional, able to do more in my life and help others, when before it was everyone taking care of me, now it is the other way areound, and I like it immensely better than h ow life was before I started smoking and growing marijauna again. Not that I've ever taken more than a 2 year break from it over the last 23 years I've been smoking week....

I would say that if you don't use it for pain you should be able to go w/o it. I don't like the idea of any recreational substance being a necessity. With that being said, I do love me some herb. I would be a headcase w/o it.

to answer my own question
it's pretty important to me. I use it to help my bipolar. It helps when I'm manic.. but not so much when i'm depressed...
I think there are some negative factors when it comes to marijuana use.. or drawbacks should I say...
but yea I <3 weed too lol

when i smoke i realize who are the crazy ones and im glad to have not that kind of a stupid job, also i can see all the people joyless here without


they do some unnecessary/unimportant things just to do anything,
because its hard to think about doing just shit for half of your whole life, well i can understand that.

Nope, my world doesn't revolve around it and I would be fine without it. I sure do like it, though, and it helps remind me that the world can be a pretty cool place.

What does it mean to ME?
I'd say about 90% of the things I do by choice have something to do with herb. Being without sucks but it's tolerable for short periods.

The question I thought of when I saw the thread title is
How important is weed to US?
and bombadil hit it right on

herb is so important, generally speaking, that they have a war against it.

I get the feeling that herb is a huge part of the "secret" the "answer" or whatever. I feel like we're SUPPOSED to be close with it. And use it, for nearly everything....as you all know.
