Looking for something special..

Hey everyone, just started re-growing after a 15 yr break and wanting to grow something old school, i remember chucking on richard pryor or cheech and chong when i was younger and we'd all sit around crying with pains in our sides from laughter after a few cones.. and this is what i'm looking for.
Can anyone recomend a strain thats around that has this effect, after looking at alot of sites and varieties there is some that just get my mouth watering, alot actually.. but looking for the crack-me-up cones i remember..

Hi chainbreaker... from what i've read dj shorts blueberry is the way to go but i guess it depends on personal taste. I've been told c99 is also a winner. hope this helps but please dont take my word for it as i have never tried them

I have a couple of ak47 seeds and recently I got a ceres mixed pack which included..Fruity Thai, Kush, Northern Lights x Skunk #1, Skunk, White Indica and White Smurf, only problem being is they all came in the same pack so trying to work out which is which will be a smokers delight..lol the two whites should present themselves but won't have much of an idea on the others.. will be hoping for a couple of males so i can get a quality seed supply put aside for the next garden, any of these crossed with each other should give me a nice smoke anyway and will keep my hobby going for awhile, just wish they were'nt mixed, i'd like to be able to say.. yes, THIS is what i'm smoking ..

Have just ordered some Blackberry from sativa seedbank, always loved the look of the blue / purples and should do the trick for having a general laugh at life.. thanks for all ya input, when i get them going i might even try doing a grow journal / report to keep ya's up to date..

I would say look at the haze hybrids offered by shanti the one i would point to would be mango haze reminds me of the old line mango heads we got in the 80s love this line but lots of good lines and lots of shit to trick is research mate.

My tips would be mr nice haze hybrids and look at Kali mist.

well, i've looked into so many strains and info about strains, if you want old school, go sam the skunkman, BADASS!!! or you could go with anything Dr. Atomic Haze, or Legends sweet skunk or johnny blaze, or some amnesia haze or nl#5 x haze. the choice is yours. you can't go wrong, find a strain you like and research it. it will pay dividends in the end. knowing what you're going to end up with, and any finicky issues a particular strain may have, is as good as gold. research!

Thanks for everyones imput and i'll refer back to this next time i feel like placing an order..
When i get the next garden going i'll put up pics as i go, i'll need help trying to identify the plants that came in the mixed pack if thats possible..

The bag seed i've grown out at the moment has reminded me how much pleasure you can get from this hobby.. have got about a dozen in.. all different sorts with different effects.. makes doing anything productive after work a problem, but.. what a problem to have
