got ferry to calais
then train to lille
then train to brussels
then cab from there(230 euroes)
finaly in dam 10.30pm

oh and did i mention i got arested in france

Too bad OJD....I can relate to your travel woes, although I did take the train from Brussels to the dam, which runs every hour. Got to Brussels via Eurostar from London yesterday and with not a sec to spare to jump onto the dutch rail going from Brussels to the dam. Was pure madhouse at St. Pancras station getting on Eurostar, luckily as soon as the whole volcano mess started I jumped and booked my seat (same day) when I knew that Gypsy was not going to make it into the UK as planned for us to drive over.

Off to Mila's shortly...hope to see whoever was able to make it over to Mila's.

its all good

long story short(i fill the whole story in tomorw morning as i dont want to be siting around tying now)
but basicly was pulled over at lille(france) because of smellcoming from me
i had 4-5 rolled up joints and a couple of g''"s of bud and about 10g's of buble hash
they basicly said this is your 1 chance cough up anything you got and you wont be in serios trouble
i give it to them
and to be honest they treated us very well
there is hope in the world
he huried the process so i could catch my conecting train
crazy huh
he give my bro a lift to the station
he also give my brother 2 cigaretes from his own box while my bro waited for me in the main police station foyer
so basicly within 2 hours i was on my next train heading t brussels
come out there was another 1 plus wait for the next train
see the this guy with sign saying cab
asked how much
he said 400 euro
i said 200
he said 250
i said 220 and we were on our way

now im siting in hinters coffeshop smoking up
i got my weed that i sent here
cheese,casey jones,sour and about 10 g's of oil so its all good
so i lost 10 g of buble and was sweating for 2hurs
being here with herbs friends and freedom is a great felling
this is now just a story for me to laugh and remeber never take nothing to france

grats on your safe arrival ojd, bet you are glad to be there now. french customs can be real pricks. they took me off a night train once in some shity village on the border of France and Switzerland. i had nothing on me what so ever and they still took me off and let the train leave without me while they went through my belongings 3 times. instead of 1 hour to get back from where i was i had to wait hours for the first bumbler train to the actual border in basel, then the train back. i think they did it because i didn't appreciate being woken up at 4am in my couchette and was a bit less then my usual sunny self with them. mind you that was years ago when you still had borders in Europe. still my memories of the french authorities are some what tainted to say the least.

did you get a fine? can you go to France again in the near future? i hear even simple possession is now reason to forbid reentry for 5 to 10 years in France and Germany.

anyway main thing is you made it, smoke is easy to replace, the experience of a 420 can never be relived.
