Nute deficiencies just before flush

Hi all.
I'm in the area of 47 days into 12/12 light on my first grow.
About 10% of the white hairs are turning brown, all trichs still clear.
Working on the assumption that I should be going into final water flush soon. (3-5 days)

The Problem:
I recently had to leave the ladies unattended for a few weeks. Had a friend help with res top off.
During this time, pH ran a little high (6.3-6.5). I'm currently seeing a little necrosis on a few fan leaves. 'Sure' this is because of high pH nute lockout. Working back down to 5.2 or so over the next few days with vinegar. Lockout is reversible right?

The Question:
Would you add extra nute time before flush, or just carry on? Everything else looks good, and these leaves will die anyway due to N starvation during flush.
I am hoping to be able to reveg after a harvest and use for cloning.

You have misidentified your problem.

Nothing locks out at 6.3-6.5, unless your nutrient profile is seriously out of whack. Everyone wants to blame a slightly off ph for their problems. It rarely is the only thing going on.

In fact, you are MUCH MUCH more likely to have lockout at 5.2 as opposed to 6.5

To actually answer your question-

If only 10% of your hairs are dark, you are nowhere near finished. IMO, you need to change the water in your res and let them go untill they are actually ready to flush(more like 80% dark hairs).

Wierd. everything I have read indicates 5.0-6.0 as an acceptable range. I had been forcing pH down with baking soda previously, and they were doing great.
Nutrient profile, and the grow in general is seriously out of whack ;-)
I've screwed up alot, done several things that were stupid, and learned a ton.
I'm not really looking to fix anything per se, just a suggestion on extra nute time to rebalance vs finish and hope.
