I just wanted to take a moment to say hello to everybody and thank all for the awsome amount of info and help in advance.Ive been dealing with bi-polar for many yrs and im tired of the side effects of traditional meds.I am hoping that maybe i can find an alternative that doesnt make me sick or that i become allergic to after taking for awhile...PEACE
