Oh, the reason the shelf is empty is because I'm still vegging. I have plants that I move manually to a dark room for their 12 hours.

i think those laterals in the photos need to grow out a little more before the staminate flowers will emerge between the stipule and emerging branch. i think they'll be situated behind those small sharp leaves that're at the node pointing up vertically in the above photos. hope that helps mate

If you see little white hairs coming out from that nodal growth, it's a girl.

Right on guys. I was pretty much just waiting for it to show more, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

I know I've gotten 2 females so far this round. Had one male that I culled out earlier this morning, and this one I just wasn't too sure what to do with.

Right there's one of my females.

I've always waited until I was 100% sure, but I see so many people chopping their males long before I would normally do, so I thought I'd ask and see what the general consensus was. It seems to me that it's beside the growth shoot, rather than part of it when inspecting it. Doesn't really look that way in the pics.

I'm just extremely paranoid. NO BANANAS PLEZ!

My last crop had a couple of plants that I think were light stressed during flowering and ended up putting off a few pollen sacks I didn't catch. Fuck that sucked.
