I got 4 WW clones that rooted about 3 weeks ago and were put into 3 gal grow bags and into Veg. They have been getting light, nutes, everything they need but, they have only grown about 1 inch in those 3 weeks. They look healthy but, they just aren't growing. What could it be? Never seen it before.

How cold is your grow room & under what kinda lights?
The 4 WW are under a 400W MH about 24 inches away. Temps are about 78 degrees and are watered regularly but, not over watered. There are some mites but, have been kept under control with a hit of sm-90, then neem oil 3 days after that, mixing up the two. They show no deficiencies. Could they just be stunted and in a dormant state for some reason? These came from a mother that came from seed and has provided me with some great plants.

Perhaps the mites are affecting it ? Definately not a good thing.
