Well, if you're just wetting the soil down to cook again, I use roughly a gallon of water for 20 gals of soil mix. Use more or less depending on how dry your mix is. If you had a healthy myco population in your previous grow, there's likely no need for more if you have some time to let the soil cook. Mycos release spores that remain in the dormant form until activation upon wetting. Whether you add more mycos or not, I'd suggest throwing in 5% or so fresh EWC and a tsp of molasses per gal to kick start the myco population with some humics and the bacteria with sugars...

As I said before, I use about a gallon of water to wet down 20 or so gallons of mix. Maybe you'll need 1.5-2 gals of water per 20 of soiless if it's bone dry. I'm not in the room with ya, so you'll need to do it by feel. You want the soil to be wet enough that you can take a handful, squeeze it together as hard as possible, and then stick a finger in it. It should break up well from that and not crack into a couple chunks. One thing is be sure to water slowly and evenly over a long period to wet the soil properly. Dump water on dry Soiless and most will stream off without damping the peat properly.

Again, 5% EWC to the total mix, and 1 tsp (5 mls) of molasses per gallon of water. Your ounce of myco is good for 12 gallons, so you need to do the simple math based on how much soil you have.

I can't give you a hard number as you haven't given any info on how much mix you need to cook. Giving the ratios per gallon of soil is pointless as there's too much room for error with just a small amount of each additive.

There's no hard and fast rules in organic growing. Lots of things work for lots for ways for lots of different people. LC's mix is only a blueprint. With some familiarity, you should be able to tweak it to your grow environment and style. You need to use your best judgment on the guidelines I listed above. Go by feel, you're the cook in your kitchen bro.

Has it been setting for months dry or wet? There is always some life in it no matter what, it might just be in a dormant stage. Unless you bake it in the oven... Chances are if you just make it damp, it will be good. Mix a tbls of molasses per gallon of water, make your mix damp enough that it will hold its shape when you grab a handfull and squeeze it.
Even if it has been dried out, things will wake up with moisture.

To use the stuff you bought, mix a teaspoon per gallon of water and use the above as to how wet to make it......

There's roughly 30 mls in an ounce, so a teaspoon would be twice as strong as needed. Use 2.5 mls (a half teaspoon) per gallon of soluble mycos. You really shouldn't need to add them though...

You should have a lot of benificials allready in your soil if it is mixed right to begin with...

But as long as you have the stuff, mix it in, it will jump start your myco. Wont hurt a thing
