I looked for the ole Dark Energy thread ,but couldn't find it ...I just added this to my feeding program..Its been less than a week ,and im seeing at least 1 inch plus growth daily on early flowering plants ,as well as major filling out of the late flowering buds...Most products work as they say...but this shit......i am impressed....this company ..American Hydro ...only makes like 3 products for the industry....

The grow shop guy used to work as a lawn care technician ,and swears up and down he is failrly certain its ..Malorganite...identified by its smell....

Malorganite is a special fertilizer made from recycled human waste....It stinks ,,,,doesn't smell exactly like shit .....But a fairly similar smell ......Is anyone else getting noticable results ?:tiphat:

I remember wanting to try this stuff...

Then something made me leery, and i couldnt remember.
(Milorganite is the brand name of an organic nitrogen fertilizer produced by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.)

Now i remember! The 'gardening center' attendant said it made whole room smell god-awful.

Great thread, dont let it die before posting results. Post your application rates too.

Yep. I've been using Dark Energy for a while now. Probably a one of my first real nutirent I boughjt when I was younger. It smells like ass cheese. Even says it on the bottle it stinx but it rox. It def works well. The guy at the hydro store wa like it's pure nitrogen but he was an idiot l was like nope buddy been using it longer than you. You were probably a sperm when I starting using it. Lol. Anyway stuff really works well it def keeps everytthing super green and healthy. Also what's most noticable to me is Shorter internode spacing as well as bushyness. What it does is helps with cell divison and does what a plant does naturally in a month let's say. The buiding blocks. DE does it for it and cuts it more than half. Very good stuff. I also started using it with Super Nova. They def work great together. Super Nova has a plant hormones Cytokinin amino acids. All help lateral growth and chlorphyll synthesis n shit like that

~~EDIT ~~~ : I used to use 1/4-1/2 Tsp of Dark Energy and same for
Super Nova in 1 Gallon water
np

use throughout grow up till 2nd weel of floweing helps keep it all tight and minimize stretch a little I'd stick with 1/4 of super nova fr the first week of flowering and like 1/4 first week in flowering as well. Other than that good to go.

Been using the Dark Energy and the Supernova both for years. The plants love it and I can see the upswing in growth as soon as I start using it on the babies. I continue it through til the last couple weeks of flowering. I grow outside in 30 gal containers and averaged 1.25 lbs per plant last year. The stuff rocks...

Absolutely agree. U could see such a different in color of foliage. They get Very dark green when they get Dark Energy. Works well I
recommend it. It's suprisingly not spoken about a lot. But I def gotta
have a bottle of it in my collection

I'm thinking about picking some of this stuff up. Does it help keep roots healthy at all? Or is it just a nutrient booster / enzyme product?

^^^ useless post. thanks for updating us about your 10 sec.

So... how bad does it make the room smell, do you get use to it, and can you use it in an (recirculating) aerated reservoir?

right. Like does it smell like my farts (which i can stand) or your farts (which i cannot).

LOL thanks for the response

Yup, that stuff does ROCK! and stink, i have had a bottle for at least 3 years??? You only need a very little bit, mainly during veg and stretch, i throw some in right as pistils start to turn brown and again as the buds tighten up. i also use A full line of BIOBIZZ, minus the roots formula.

another product that leaves people writing praiseful sentences that end in exclamation points and have people thinking its majic.

would it be considered organic? Just the thought of pooping on my plants make me vomit in my mouth. Human waste is just ...ugh.
