need advice on a timer mishap

I ve got some girls in week 8 of a 10 week flower period. lights were on 24hrs straight . only one day. lights usually go on at 7pm but at 645pm when i came home lights were on and temps were 90+.: so i immediately shut off lights and fixed the timer. now since lights are off do I go 24hrs off to get back to the 7pm to 7am or just leave em off and move to a 7am to 7pm schedule. any advice welcome.

Just move them to whatever's convenient for you. But do it once and don't play with it.
