is this a problem? will rooting be delayed by a lot? im just wondering because i have kind of slacked and i didnt take clones when i should have and things are getting a little overgrown and i wanna put them in to 12/12 asap. i was planning on trimming heavy two weeks into flower and was thinking of taking clones then. or should i just take the clones tomorrow and throw them into 12/12 right after? will that affect my flowering at all? school has been crazy and i have not had the time that i have needed to. i need to start managing my time better, if anyone has any advice on that too i would love to hear it haha. thanks

Yeah iv taken clones at almost all stages of flower and its not a problem and they do root regularly and if they are already starting to bud theyl sorta continue to flower for a few days then reveg and grow bushy.I like to take em a 2-3 weeks into flower sometimes depending on the strain.

I just took 6 cuutings off my Headband at 2 weeks into fower, all the clones made it, all still show preflowers, real bushy gals. Soon as they go back on 12/12 they explode

If you are not going to veg them what is the real point? Just cutting air-buds hoping they will produce better? I have done that, and I think without additional veg it is a waste of effort. Even then you are adding time on the harvest. If you go back to veg then back to flower. That is almost of month of hormone changes, slower growth in the clone.

I am NOT saying it does not work (I have done it), I just think it is counter productive from my experience. I have 6 right now that were taken during about 3 weeks in (with little buds and all), but I am retired and have time to mess with plants just because.

I've taken clones 6-7 weeks into flower with success. The longer they stay in flower the longer they need to reveg.

If you take a clone and put it in 12/12 immediately (before it roots) it will root. I don't know if it begins flowering right away or continues seamlessly (unlikely)

Clowning Around with Clones...

Got a new Botanicare Daisey 8 Cloner and was dieing to give her a spin...

Only problem is the only thing I had to Clone was in Bloom for over 5 weeks...

So I decide to give it a try...

They all Rooted in 7 days to 10 days, Although growth & ReVeg is a little slower then a cut took during Veg...
