Wazzup florida....Hope everyone is good on this lovely Saturday.

The White Widow is only a couple of days from finish.

Harvested an El Nino this morning...jeez what a horrible smell...hope it don't taste like that to smoke or it is gonna be charity weed for friends. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Got one more plant of the same but it is a different pheno...hopefully better.

Took down the fucked up (near dead all during flowering) GHS Cheese that made lots of little buds. What a pity because the smoke sure is nice. Big Buddha Cheese next time.

Recovering from foot surgery on Thursday....prefer the Indicas to the pills they gave me. Cheese beats Codeine.

Camping out on the sofa with the foot up, the Iolite nearby and pizza delivery providing food.

LOL....Funny, I currently have all the windows open and the A/C is running!

I'm looking at getting a mini-split ductless System to rectify the situation.
I happen to use a mini split. A few words of advise; do not get a generic brand, like the one in your link. Finding parts for them is a BITCH. (I'm talkng from experience)
Mitsubishi Mr.Slim are the best ones made. Parts are easy to get because they have a huge network of warehouses all over the US.
In no particular order:Fujitsu, Sanyo, LG, Samsung, Freidrich, <-Those are the only other brands I would ever consider.
Also, spend a few extra $$$ and get one that uses an inverter (google it and you'll see why, I'm not good at explaining tech stuff).
Mine has an inverter and it will hold temps at the EXACT temp I set it to with no variation.
Unless you have an hvac background and /or have the right equipment (vacuum pump) you will need a tech to come out and vacuum the lines. It'll cost about $100 and takes 15 minutes.
Everything else about the install is easy.
Imo, if you can afford one a mini split is the way to go.

Thanks for your input!! I will most defiantly share/discuss my choice before my purchase. And yeah the generic was more of an example then a candidate.

At first I considered water cooling, but two things bothered me. One, it's so new, that the user info( I mean people who are using it) is slim to none. Second, the humidity! Their dehumidifier is very new. So being a humid environment, the cost didn't seem worth the risk on a new product/process.

I'm currently cooling a 2x8 box divided in too two 2x4's with a 6" duct that I ran off the main A/C. I also have a 6" fan drawing a neg pressure so I'm always pulling threw my A/C system. The compressor only runs during the hottest times of the day now with the windows open. 83f is about as hot as it gets.
Now my 5x5 box has a 10000btu window unit. It has no problems with temps just humidity. The A/C being a little big is the root of this I'm sure. I do have plans to add another 2x5 box to that system that my help balance the load.

I did notice that the dual splits are more then twice as much.:jawdrop:

They gotta give things a different name from what everyone else uses.

But the real reason for this post is da picture:

I love the trich watchin stage.

This is an El Nino at day 58.

Hey Ioni:

Sounds like you are moving towards a nice outcome. All smoke and mirrors.

Got a little White Widow plant I am going to harvest. Waiting for a mate to come over tonight so he can lose his harvest virginity. It won't be a text book harvest...over night darkness and the rest...but he will enjoy it alot and I don't think it will fuck it up too badly.

Remember I was bitching about the El Nino and the smell during harvest? Well I put it in a paper bag for a couple of days...a quick dry so I can give it away. I cure my own smoke...but free shit, well curing that is the responsibility of the free shit receiver.

Well now it smells just like hemp rope....which I should not find surprising....but I do.

Better roll one up and give it a taste before I turn loose of it.

Looking real good there Ioni :) I have some 420 set aside myself, mine's already in the jars

Yeah I save a bit of everything I deem worthy for the holiday, which never seems like a whole lot until I pull the jar out. Start saving around January. Def did way better last year, but had some rough spots and dipped into the stash. Heres something fun for everyone, list of 420 stash strains! Here's mine, in no particular order: purple alaskan thunderfuck, gdp, bubba kush (2 diff batches), candy skunk (skunky, fruity "candy" strain), pineapple express, green crack, trainwreck, orange skunk, lemon diesel haze, grape ape, banana (shit smells like banana bread, any ideas on actual strain name?), and cali purple (nice grapey, but fairly generic purp). I cannot wait to get into everything. Love salad blunts! haha less than a week!

Damn fine selection you got there Unta :) I only put aside some Sour Lifesaver, OGKA-99 and some Blueberry. But I have a feeling I will be tasting more than just those on the day :)

Thanks Blaner! You have quality though. Quality, not quantity as they say. That OGKA-99 sounds amazing!
