I'm using FoxFarm TigerBloom and cal-mag. I notice bigbloom .01-.3-.7 is kinda week. Am i missing something? Tigerbloom is 2-8-4 so what does bigbloom bring to the table?

I use FF Grow Big and supplement with Big Bloom, among other additives. It doesn't overcome basic mistakes, but if all your parameters are good, the it should be great.

Big Bloom is the only one out of the FF nute line I would use, even tho I dont think it is strong enough to carry the flowering cycle on its own unless you mix their soil right then its pretty much all you need for awesome results.

There is magic in mixing there 3 bag soils together.

Don't think of it as weak, think of it as expensive. It is probably the best product Fox Farm makes. 1 gallon of Big Bloom will treat less than 1 quart of that Tiger Bloom crap. If you don't brew your own teas then buy and use lots of Big Bloom. It will increase the flavors, odor, taste, and resin production of your buds. Forget about the Tiger Bloom and Fox Farms chemical "enhancers". However Big Bloom does not have enough nitrogen, so you will need another source of N.

Big Bloom is the "ORGANIC" element to the FF line of nutes. Not strong but needed if using their line IMO.

I use 1 tbs per gallon, a bottle costs 12.99 at my shop, I use approx 1 bottle per 2 cycles. Worth the $7 per grow IMO

I thought Cha-Ching was the one that is "supposed" increase the flower "hardness". If you ask me those three solubles FoxFarm markets are worse than the Tiger Bloom crap. I just threw away samples of that crap I was given 3 years ago when it was first introduced. Grow organic.

tiger bloom is crap and it burns far to easy i have a gallon now and its about to go down the drain i have 2.5 gallons of big bloom and it is a ok additive but besides fox farms soils i think ff is a fluke the nutes are liquid fire lol im losing the ff and going with something else next time around

FF Big Bloom is useful for the beggining stages of flower. Used with a dosage of about 1/2 cup FF BB to a gallon of water, it will jump star the flower process, and gives enough good nutrients to get you off to a good start for the flower stage.

I've used it for many years.

Phoenix, are you really using a half cup per gallon? What is the rest of your feed schedule? I've been using FF on my soil grows for a while now (although I'm almost completely through with soil) and only added 1 tablespoon FF BB per gallon on a feed feed water cycle, and still occasionally got burns. Maybe I was doing something wrong, never was getting great results with the Fox Farms, reliable but not exceptional.
