fyi, i have had some cacti experience myself, the particular cactus you speak of was a real pain for me to get right. mescaline is one of 10 or so components produced by the cactus. in order to optimize all those components, i had a great deal of trouble. also, i found that the root system needed constant maintenance, ridiculous drainage & even airing out sometimes. i tried just adding it to my normal set up, & it didnt like it at all. it needed more light & more light duration than MJ. if you need any more tips or advice, feel free to PM me. i have some pics & maybe a tutorial saved from OG somewhere on a memory card.....goodluck, hope you get better results than me.....

you can get can pedro cuttings off ebay 1 foot for lik3 $20. plenty to get a few off on

I'm gonna give them to my inlaws to sprout/grow for me. They have no clue what a Peyote cactus looks like, lol. My father inlaw has a collection of dif cactus's and succulents growing in his yard.

So i spent an hour or two in my closet and this is what i got! Finally a project that i am proud off. It has taken a year for me to get a grasp on this new hobby but i think i almost got it! Soon these will be mothers and the flower room with be full of goodness.

This article is frightening as are some of the comments. The individual, "nightbreed," is publishing untrue statements as fact. The only people that succumb to the "gateway drug" effect are those who suffer prohibition. Anyone who has seen a dope fiend in action and tries weed will never see a corelation between it and harder drugs (including pharmaceuticals). This man was apparently another victim of the hypcritcal prohibition that bible belters will deal with for decades to come. It's painfully ironic for the Rep to call headshops hypocrites, especially with all the self-medicators facing unnecessary persecution and paranoia. I'll continue to overgrow and I dont mind martyrdom.

j-villain - That article is disgusting. Who ever said all the states are moving forward while Florida is moving backwards hit the nail on the head.

You would think with the amount of ill people here that this state would have medical laws. But we have to wait until all the reefer madness generation dies before we can even begin to make any sort of progress! The only thing that pisses me off as much is all this damn pollen in my yard :rant:

Hope everyone back in FLA is enjoying the nice warm weather.

I've been here over 3 years....so I sweat at 70 degrees now.

Horrible election campaign is starting....Labour (moderate conservatives) versus Torries (conservatives with money and media) versus Liberal Democrats (weird but with new ideas). I hope for a stand off where Labour has to have a coalition with Liberal Democrats...since the Lib Dems are the traditional cannabis liberalisation party.

Since I am an 'murkan I can't vote...thank goodness. But I would like the BBC news to return to normal programming sometime soon.

However, I got a special package today....aren't they pretty?
