Post Topping Wait?

Hello all.

Quick question for us coco growers....

How long after topping do you wait to flip the switch to flower?? Is it dependent on the number of nodes on the new tops, height of new tops, etc...?

I thought it best since I'm in coco to post this question in this section...should it be somewhere else??

Thanks everyone!

Anyone?

BTW...I HAVE done a search and the only relevant thing I can find is the "Complete Guide to Topping etc...", which does not indicate an answer to my question.

Can someone else point me in the right direction to find the info at least...I understand this is a "Terrible" post, and I am wasting everyone's valuable time.

Hey man it really depends on the strain and how much stretch you want...the norm for me is I stop topping about 10-14 days before I flip...unless it is a stretchy strain like my jtr haze pheno...I stop topping her at about 3 days before the flip...

Peace

Perfect. Thank you very much GL for your response. I topped mine about a week ago and everything is nice and healthy...looks like I'm flipping the switch tonight.

Awesome. Thank you...exactly what I needed to know. I was looking at my notes and saw that I actually cut them almost two weeks ago. I decided last night to wait 'till this weekend to flip them so I can prune up the bottoms.

Thanks again!
