Re-vegging Autos for seeds?

Hi all, I was wondering IF "re-vegging" for the sake of fertilizing some popcorn buds will work with autos? I know cloning won't work since pretty much autos skip the vegetation state... but will it work in this criteria?

My plan is to flush for 1 week and do a semi-harvest, leave some lower buds and some leaves to pollinate and get some seeds, not gonna re-pot nor cut roots (All I care about is some seeds in the end and not new growth)

PS: strain is Blue Streak.

the simple answer would be no way can you "re-veg"

Prety much impossible as you dont have control on how long it vegs for in the first place.

I don't really need to re-veg, just wanna get some seeds out of a couple of buds, I should've asked if semi-harvesting works and will keep the plant alive...?

yeh it should work. give it a blast and find out. as long as it has 3-4 weeks of life left in it then you should be on to a winner

With my Automatic Hindu Kush I got my oldest plant pollinated on day 55. So far it is very healthy and happy and making seeds like crazy. The seeds are forming really quickly on these plants.

Thanks all for replying, sadly I don't have much time, but I'll do it anyways, in about 8-9 days I'm gonna semi-harvest most of the larger buds and leave some lower ones on the blue streak, Pollen will hopefully be ready soon, I started spraying one Sour 60 female about 4 days ago with Colloidal silver, doing it twice per day, no idea how much that will take to convert it to a hermie and have pollen ready, but the CS is pretty potent, will be an interesting experiment! from what I know as long as you have healthy pistils on some buds and put pollen on them, the plant won't die until seeds are mature, I'll post pics and info here when things start getting interesting.

I read in TY Soma said it takes 2-3 weeks for nanners to form and pollen to drop. Don't know how long it takes on AF strains tho. When you harvest the bigger buds make sure you have enough time left in the strain to finish the seeds before the plants dies
