How long has this problem been going on? Months, 4 or 5 cycles seems to always be dead around the 5 or 6th week in flower

What STRAIN are you growing? sour diesel, original hazeXskunk 1, strawberry delight.

What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) clone

What is the age of your plants? 4th week of flower and younger.

How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? 4 weeks or less

How Tall are the plants? 2 and a half to 1 and a half feet

What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? veg and flower

What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) SOG
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 2 gallon pots one per
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) sunshine mix 4 55-65% peat moss, perlite, dolomitic limestone, gypsum, wetting agent

What Nutrient's are you using? Bio bizz full line, cal mag

How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* 3/4 suggested strength

How often are you feeding? with every watering usually once a week, have started flushing today.

If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? when put to 12 and 12

What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) no water veg, bio heaven , alga mic, bloom, top max, cal mag , water

What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?not sure

What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?not sure, ph before is 6.0 to 6.3

What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? electronic meter

How often are you watering?once a week , sometimes more lately soiless mix hasnt been all dry.

When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? with every watering like schedual says.

What size bulb are you using? 1000

What is the distance to the canopy? 17 inches and lower with a air cooled fixture and light mover

What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)dehumidifier set at 60%

What is the canopy temperature? 77-80 F

What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)80max-70 min

What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 6 inch can fan

Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? always drawing air out of room into carbon filter. lower speeds when lights off. Did have white pvc liner on waterproof liner from sun hut, replaced with silver a week ago. off gassing?????

Is the fan blowing directly at plants? have 2 16 in window fans, one blowing on stalks, other opposite direction on cannopy. circular flow.

Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?wet lately, but when let dry still same problem.

Is your water HARD or SOFT? softened

What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? filtered tap not RO

Are you using water from a water softener? yes, i add cal mag

Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? they get final trim 2 weeks after start flower.

Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's? nope



So everything ends up dying by week 5 or 6 in flower. Hardly no buds at all. Eventualy just die. HELP!!!

Have grown the sour diesel out sucesfully in smaller tent and with fox farm nutes. and had no problems and wonderful results. Just bought new tent and nutes and everything hit the fan so to say. Pulled white pvc liner out a week ago and got replaced with silver liner. PLEASE HELP STUPID ME! here are pics from veg to dead.

You flower for 4 months?? Please elaborate.

This is one case where the form is actually crippling your data. Let us know in your own words...get wordy....what EXACTLY is happening. What information have you gathered so far and how?

It to me looks like a Mg def, I would try and raise the Ph to atleast 6.5 - 6.7 or so but atleast above 6.5

its all silver but the water proof liner was white plastic, removed last week or so and replaced with new silver waterproof liner. i went and bitched to the store and got a new liner

do you think its viral? cause all the younger ones do fine until week 5 into flower. im hoping it was off gassing, since i only removed the liner a week ago most of what was in there was in there for to long to bounce back. Im hoping the younger stuff was affected because i use the exhaust air partialy as intake for the young ones and from there back into flower tent. But I dont know anymore im lost

Looks like Over feeding ~check your run off+
Heat stress and Do you have a huge fan right on the plants looks like fan burn with all the brown and dying curled leaves

what should the TDS be on run off? yes there are 2 fans one blowing on canopy and on on the stalks not huge but the bottom one is on all the time on low right next to some. All show signs though. Im was at under half strength and same affects on nutes, although i wasnt making sure to get 15% run off every watering, which I have started.

You need to take readings on your pH and ec. That'll tell you where to go from there. I'd do a flush first, with readings on your water, then take another reading of your runoff.

OK so I flushed the week 5 girls and the water going in had 8 ml of algamic to a gallon. the ph in was 6.9. The TDS was 250. (I have a nutradip tri-meter). After flush the first bit of water I could measure out of it the ph was 6.4 and the TDS was 2180.

Thats an old Sun Hut or another brand that uses the Sun hut design. After the PVC fiasco most of the tents switch to the silver lining on the shell but some still had the white PVC inner liner.

yeah take the plants to the bathtub and keep flushing until the ppms are down to 300-500 ppm at 2100 ppms if its .5 conversion that some thing crazy like 4 ec
