Multi reservoir monitoring system?

I've seen plenty of monitoring systems that will monitor the ph ppm and temp of a single reservoir but are there any that can monitor multiple reservoires? Maybe something that can interface with a pc? I got at least 12 reservoirs

I already ordered their C02 based system and a bunch of addons ordered however their ph/Ec monitor only monitors 1 reservoirs and it's $449 I sent them an email here it is

"With your ph/Tds monitoring
module is it possible for me to monitor the ph/tds of multiple reservoirs
with one module or do I need to buy a module for each reservoir I wish to
monitor?"

And their response

"It's technically possible although challenging. Others have setup a series of controlled valves (usually those used in sprinkler systems) and open and/or close the valves to route various reservoirs nutrient solution past the probes."

I'm looking for something I can have in each reservoir and have my ph/EC/temps monitored and logged
