especially when they are from stingy people who try to keep genetics secret...

long story short...just got a bunch of beans of a high times cannabis cup winner (not saying strains or names at moment) its the 2009 issue with the cover full of nugs in a bowl..

the growers been kinda stingy about sharing the genetics and has been taxing super tough on every P....turns out one of the Ps has some nugs that were seeded (maybe a lone male in the corner?) maybe it slipped bye, maybe he didnt care who knows..

i feel like i just won a Rez auction but its even better because its freeee!!!

il be sharing beans with all the homies...im not a fan of hordeing genetics

No reason hermie seeds couldn't develop fully.

Hermaphrodite pollen will make fully developed seeds too. Honestly theres pretty slim chance he let a male go by accident if he's a decent grower. Most likely hermy seed. IMHO. Can be good and bad. Chances are all those seed are gonna grow out female, but also have a chance theylle hermy if bred from hermies. If its a rare elite strain you'de never get ahold of any other way then a hermy seed is better than no seed. Atleast to me anyhow.

This has confused me for a long time.

I've seen plenty of bag seed grows that did not hermie. I've also had my own plants produce a few seeds and it is not from any males. I have never spotted any nanners either. Stress especially that caused by an inconsistent lighting schedule will produce lots of fully developed seeds.
