I agree. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a single fruit or flower that isn't visibly ripe from a small distance. No big deal if someone wants to use broader clues for harvest time. The trich colour influences the high, but it isn't the be all and end all. My 2c, value may vary.
Det, you still got a couple weeks or so to go I would guess. In the meantime, enjoy the fun of growing.

I'd also add that it may be a bit arrogant to insult a long time grower because of some pics you see. I knew how to grow before I got on IC. I just did not know how to grow INSIDE. Houseplants, sure, but not sun loving annuals.

My perfectly finishing, totally organic, ferts in the soil before the grow starts, supposedly impossible plants are right there in my links, with harvest shots to come probably next weekend. (work permitting)

Your not the bad guys man lol. You did KINDA come off as a jerk(just being truthful). The trich methos is the EXACT way of checking. It doesnt automatically make other methods that have been proven to work wrong though. Like ghost said buddy, Its all good. I got my bubbler going and hopefully you all do to. Thanks again everyone

Yup yup mine is TOTALLY organic. I gave them piss for n during veg. and treated the soil with fish emulision after transplant and introduction to 12/12
.....its possible. This is my VERY first grow so i choose to just see what was possible and to keep it small and discreet. the batch i just started will all be topped at 4th node and kept organic
For the record I use a scope to look at trichs because it is so easy.

I use the close up mode on my camera and then just zoom way in and save it before i transfer to my computer. also pretty easy.
My camera can't do that. I don't think so anyway.

Just take a clear picture of your of your nug as close as possible then view the photo on your camera screen and zoom in until you get your desired photo then hit enter and it should save it. The more Megapixels it has the better it can zoom in and pick up more detail. Send me a link of what camera you got.

Update
I was able to harvest the one female. I got a Qtr out of her dried. R.I.P "lucy" aka cucumber love lol. I will have another grow going soon as im currently setting up a DWC dirt solo cup setup
Growing it organicly made it VERYYYY smooth and it tasted just like fressssshhhh cucumbers
