Lowryder#2 & Auto AK-47 seed createing

Alright guys this is my 2nd grow but this is also my 1st grow with an AF plant and i have a few questions about when i should paint the male pollen on my female plant so it will have the full ammount of time for the seeds to grow.

i used colloidal silver to force one of my fem AF seeds to make male pollen

My question :
i have my male pollen ready to be painted on my target female plant but what i don't know is when i should appy the pollen to the nodes so the plant will have time to grow the seeds fully..

the female plant that i am growing to be use to get more seeds has been growing for 43 days
- it is starting to show pistols all over the nodes

my strain is Lowryder#2 & Auto AK-47 and has a 70-75 days to harvest

I would say paint the hairs as soon as you see them. You are better too early than too late.

Unless you only have a tiny bit of pollen, in which case you should wait till there are plenty of flowers, then dust em.

depends how many seed you want really, if you want lots wait for lots of hairs. i think its pretty standard that 1 hair = 1 seed so "painting them as soon as you see them" will ensure you end up with bugger all seeds. give it 3 weeks of flowering then cover the girl, seeds take about 3-4weeks to fully ripen so as long as they have that you will be fine

I have found that if you dont treat your af's well, like i did when I was a nivice and gave full strength nutes to an af 1 week into bloom, the seeds can take more than 5 or 6 weeks to ripen, but I have also found that if you dont care about the bud, you just want your seed run, you can let an af live for 12 - 14 weeks for those seeds to ripen.
