Just when you thought there were enough rules to follow now we have to add a new rule to the don't column.

Don't fuck a screamer in your grow house!

This is Bullshit that this doesn't get everyone to call or write their local politicians and tell them to cut the shit! It is the only way this will change. Demand that they stop prosecuting "we the people" for victimless crimes. In cases like that they shouldn't be able to charge him with anything cuz it was a bullshit call anyway. Not to mention it was just FUCKING POT!!!

10 years for 15 plants wtf Jersey? That's personal supply.

Now if he had not answered the door...don't the police have the right to break in if screams are reported and they feel/claim someone is in danger?? I don't think not opening the door would have helped this poor guy.

He should of only spoke to them through the window, if the 911 call did not originate at his residence they would not have been able to forcefully enter afaik. Poor guy, not fair at all.

Justice in the Soviet Union of America.

I've had the cops called on me and my girl, when we were dating. They came an hour after we finished n were sleeping. They came in, said came in asked why the neighbors called, i told em we have ruff sex.. he turned red, and then turned tail and left. I was pissed though, as an american i shouldn't have to worry about a pig coming i my house every time i get a piece. i didn't blame the cop, he has to respond to the call, but believe me, i had a few word for my neighbor.

You know I only had one complaint about my sex in my whole life... It was for being too quiet.

I told the girl, "I guess am shy, I really don't know you that well, I didnt know what to say". But god, she complained. She told me she had one and a half orgasms and yet she complained about me not talking during sex. I mean she could have started off the conversation and I would have followed suit.

Maybe we need a thread about what to say to a chick you hardly know when you have sex the first time. You say the wrong thing and she could pack up her toys and go.

And I have had women say the wrong thing to me. One chick called me daddy and one chick said give it to momma. both times I nearly lost it.

I had a chick one time grab me by the shirt and tell me lets go my time clock is ticking. I told her to hit the snooze :cathug:

Was your neighbor a woman? I can't see a guy calling the cops. A guy turns up the TV. It has to be a woman cause they can't stand the though of another woman having a good time.

screaming?..there's no screaming here officer.

Looks like the route here is deny deny deny...but when you look at it from the public safety view, the couples hostage would have been happy to have the house searched..never know what those freaks are up to next.

That is a very harsh sentence, you'd get probation if it was your first offense in my state. Then again, it depends on how heavy those 15 plants are.

I hate how judges apply the rules of by the ends exigent circumstances justifying the means. That is not the purpose of how one should look at the law.

If I were a judge, without bias. I would throw it out because when they find things that are not listed on a warrant or the reason for exigent circumstance...I have heard of cases where those artifacts are not presentable to a jury. Although, they are perfectly legal to use as evidence in an investigation...thus is sticks to you in the cops perspective and the court isn't supposed to work as the cops perspectives but as the courts, the constitutions.

A lot of people have evidence presented against them in court, that really shouldn't. These cops entered to make sure that nobody was being harmed, the fact that someone called it in it really seems that just talking to the people answering the door and evaluating their behavior should be enough...but the news really scares people with rare stories of a criminal getting away with a crime....like having a body in a trunk but a cop couldn't search that when they were pulled over...then alter found to be a serial killer.

If the girl was crying or someone was injured, maybe some kind of muffled sound when they opened the door...ya, then search. It's not like they said they saw or witnessed any evidence of illegal cultivation, when the door was opened.

I don't think they can legally, if actually pressured by a 'defense' lawyer...present evidence discovered when an arrest warrant is issued yet not declaring intent to search the premises for specific illegal items.....such as cannabis, scales, things that they really need good Intel to get a warrant in the first place.

Then again, profiling pays off a lot of the time.

How do cops sleep at night? Are they just brainwashed to the point that they think what they are doing is good and right? Cause it's evil and wrong. It just seems like they are getting soft these days too. They will pick on pot heads all day because they know they are harmless, but ask as cop to step into a crack house or a shady night club and they turn tail and run. They can sit around and think up all sorts of ways to swindle their way into a harmless persons home and arrest them. But when it comes to walking the walk and talking the talk they dodge the real problems and just do whats easy; arrest a pot head cause his sex life is much better lol.
