Grow Tent

Hi there I have been veging my plants for around 20 days and they seem to be growing quite slow compared to my last grow in soil.
I have never used Coco before and Im finding it quite hard to get used to.
I have no idea how often I should water the Coco seems to stay wet for a long time.

I am currently watering every 3 days.

My plants are in 11 Liter pots and some of the roots are starting to come out the bottom.

As far as im aware light can damage roots.
Why have these gone so far down in such little time ?

Also my White Rhino and Kings Kush plant did not start of to well they have made a great recovery.
The only other problem is the leafs on my White Rhino are sort of curling inwards.

Any ideas what this could be ?
Also what can I do about my roots ?
Like I said never used Coco before and I have also never used a MH bulb in my grows either.
I have always used cheap florescents so i hope it makes a difference.

Cheers icmag users I hope you can answer my questions.

If you fill out the form, then you will get some answers. There's still some info that you are lacking. I would like to help you but I would have to assume things that you are doing without knowing the details and it wouldn't be right if someone else comes here with a similar problem and gets the wrong info.

What have you done to search for pests? Have you examined all the lower leaves, really scoured your medium and used magnification to check the roots out? Also check the bottom of your res for eggs, molted shells and dead bugs. Keep in mind that some pests can be nearly microscopic and never show their fucked little faces above ground.

There is a hundred perecent no bugs my friend .
I have magnified all the leafs and i have bug andf fly traps everywhere . There are no bugs on the leafs.

Whats making u think i have bugs my friend ?

There are many many types of bugs that will live in the coco and on your roots. Searching your leaves is only the start. That's why I asked what you have done to check.

It may not be bugs but you haven't really ruled it out IMPO and it is a biggie.

O.sprakles thanks for reply.
Havent really rulled out IMPO and it is a biggie ? ??????
What do you mean my friend ?
Appreciate your help my hollands hope is in coco and is massive I also have a lsd in organic canna soil and that is healthy as anything.

could be the genetics.....some grow very slow and other are quicker to mature....could be there's notthing wrong.....only thing i can suggest is to use some rootstimulant and also don't have ya medium too wet :2cents:

What color should the roots be ?
Mine are white , I was just saying that they have come out of the bottom of my pots .
I water manually no res.
Thats not what im to worried about.
Im worried about the leafs curling inwards im going to try take a better picture.
There is deffo something wrong because i grew it in soil and it was much better

What do u suggest my friend ?
Researching on the net suggest its a heat problem, but my temp is a perfect 25 %
I started off on 5 ml of a 5 ml of b and 5 Cannazym
The problem was still there so i upped the nutes to 10 .
Still having issues.

There on quite alot of nutes at the moment i tried to feed more the other day and ending up giving the other plants nute burn.
Maybe i just have a very dodgy plant.
There all in veg . the leafs are curling in really bad the pic does not look as bad as it is.

Hi guys all the plants look really healthy now except they are not a dark green color , every plant except my organic one seems to be a lightish green color instead of the dark green.
My white rhino still has its leafs curled in.
Could this be the problem ?

"Notice how in Figure 16 and 17 the leaves curl upwards like they're praying? They're praying for Mg! The tips may also twist."

Im not sure if im overwatering or what I am doing wrong.
Im finding this coco really hard to get used to.
I was wondering if I could ask a few questions.

What is the recommended ph for to use with coco in veg ?
How much nutes do you normally feed the plants in veg per liter of water ?
How often would you water in the plants there in 11 liter pots ?
Im using coco a b and canazmys.

Any tips anyone has with canna coco would be great.
Really starting to worry about my babies

I've been growing with coco for a couple grows now and mine used to get light green when they were young and in big containers with the coco always being wet. I start in smaller containers now and wait for the coco to dry out a little between feedings and they look perfect now. Once the roots are well establishd in the pot you can water as often as you want
I use canna coco A+b like you do and got a tip from someone here on this board about "alg-a-mic" from biobizz. Stinks like hell but is absolutely amazing on coco. Once every 7 days is enough.

Good luck
