What Strains/Varieties do YOU want to see at your local D?

So I was just curious what strains patients might look for that are not widely available at your local D? I know oaksterdam and blue sky are pumping out quite a catalog this year but I know there is stuff you guys would want to see that better or different from those ones.

So PLEASE let us know what you would want to see that you cant seem to find

 

[Hydro-Soil]

Pure Sativas and Pure Indica's (at least a couple)
Swazi
Durban Poison
Thai

At least one, superb, 16 week haze

Hybrids (from personal experience)
Princess Diesel
Cinderella-99
Trainwreck
That East Coast Sour Diesel that Chatsworth had a couple months ago. Daaaaaaamn that was some good sour. Beat the crap out of any Sour Diesel I've had to date.

How about some Sativa's!

I'm so burnt on the diesel/chem/OG blah blah and purple varieties. Sure they're potent, but they have a heavy monochromatic narcotic high that I can't use for daytime migraine relief. I could use a day smoke of weak potency early harvest sativa ..unfortunately I'm alone in this, if it doesn't knock you out no one wants it.

Considering the flower time of pure landrace sativa's, I'd be happy to compromise with a sativa dominant hybrid:
C99 - Absolutely no reason why this isn't always available.
Mothers Finest - Choose the right pheno and it can compete in potency with anything out there.
Kali Mist - anyone have a good cut of this in the Bay Area? PLEASE!

More importantly than any particular strain (although i do like seeing top shelf sativas), I'd like to see more info on the actual product they're carrying.

They can usually tell me if it's organic or hydro, but not much else. Nobody seems to know where their genetics come from, when it was flushed, how long it was cured, when it was harvested, etc. While I don't expect growers to release all their secrets, I'd really like to know some details on what I'm smoking.

^you can kinda tell if its hydro or soil...soil has this denser pillowish feel to it and the frost looks duller but nice and evenly coated, with a superior taste and smell. Hydro i can always tell by the frost, i call it aeroponic frost, the kind of shit that looks like glass shards about to break off the nug, usually a strong stink up the room, in your face smell with hints of chemmyness. it all depends on strain, etc, i can easily tell if GDP is hydro or soil, the hardest to tell is Cococoir most of mine and my friends coco crops look like hydro but not as loud...

also if you wanna know the specifics you gotta know the grower, its rare the growers sellin direct to the smoker, usually a couple brokers in between. im a good broker i always try and get intel on my shit, but i found most people dont seem to give a shit if its soil or hydro, let them be igggnant.

You guys are killin' me! I just wish I knew what the conversation was really about. I mean... I 'KNOW', but I'm such a noobie it is all greek! But I love hearing the talk and seeing if I've picked anything up! I am so new to MMJ that I haven't even been to the club once. I need to go. I just haven't. Don't even really know where to start. I was told that I should try Sweet Tooth (which I "think" I understand to be a strain of Sweet Pink Grapefruit?) I don't know if name are allowed or not, but anyone in the East Bay know where I can get some of that? Sorry I feel like I'm hijacking the thread. I don't mean to do that. So IF I should post a new thread or something please don't hesitate to straighten me out.
