Legal Med growing after felony manufacturing charge?

Does anyone know if you can still get a Med card/license, in a state w/ med.marijuana, after getting a felony for manufacturing marij., in a state w/ no/horrible pot laws.
Iv'e looked around here for information on this subject, but can't seem to find it. Once my legal issues are over and done with, I'd like to look into growing legally "in friendlier pastures" as a caretaker, for myself and other patients.
Thanks ahead of time to anyone who can give me some answers.

To the best of my knowledge NV is the only state that precludes a person for using MMJ after a felony conviction, but it may be just drug felonies. Also IIRC Oregon can take away your med status if you're convicted subsequent to obtaining your rec. MI and RI prevent felons from being caregivers. CA & CO have the most inclusive rules, and their laws can't change without another referendum.

Really, there are 15 different sets of rules, and the rules haven't been finalized in DC.

you gave it 15 minutes... relax. give some time for a response

I was charged with cultivation a while back, not felony manufacturing but a felony none the less.

I'm in a med state and the facts of my past have absolutely zero influence on my medical decisions today.

your doctor wont give two shits about any of your legal history.

actually it was more like 24hrs. and 46 views but I hear ya, it takes some time to get reply's. I'm just anxious to get the yey or nay on this.
I was under the impression that cultivation and manufacturing was the same thing. They can call it whatever they want but it's gonna be a felony charge for growing.
If your right about this I'm pretty stoked. I'd like to be able to grow legally under a med. card/license in the future without a past conviction standing in the way.
good lookin' out, thanks.
