They are selling direct to the consumer via their website: http://coolbluetech.com. $250 for a 1000w is much better than any Lumatek/Galaxy/NextGen/Quantum, etc. Anybody used them?
Anyone familiar with Cool Blue ballasts?

Their website doesn't mention UL compliance. Here's what it does say:
