I am watching the national news, and its such bogus bullshit, the media plants these ideas into our heads...
so theres this guy who's been accused of being a shooter(maybe some of ya'll will have the full story)... anyways, they are trying to induce FEAR in ppl... "oh he is manic depressive, bipolar, and self medicating with marijuana"
seriously would you rather him smoke crack? I mean whatever floats his boat, but they are stereotyping one person with a whole LOT of ppl.. this pisses me off for reason 1 - because of their BIASED opinions on marijuana... and that bipolar ppl are dangerous.. wtf!!! UNMEDICATED bipolars can be, but shit.. who CANT be dangerous if given the right situation?
I know Im stoned and pondering..... but it pisses me off!!! The media plays into this propagandist bullshit!!!!

LOL they said he "was addicted to pot". Well we all know thats crap. The guy was BI-POLAR,he needed meds! MJ isn't going to cure that! It pissed me off too.

No its not, i suffer from cannabis withdrawal if i go without it for 3 or 4 days. I was a heroin addict in the late 90`s early 00`s so i know all about it.
I suffer from insomnia & loss of appetite plus i get depressed.
But the real withdrawal symptoms are the knots in my stomach & ache in my legs, i am always cold & get a sweat of my back like a layer of frost. Plus my sweat STINKS as the toxins come out of my pours.
People who say its not addictive either
1. dont smoke stupid amounts of weed. I use about half a gram per joint, smoke 1 joint an hour & are awake from 11am till 1am so thats 14 hours/joints a day. That equals around 7g of bush a day, plus i smoke bubble hash & BHO oil too.
2. dont go long enough without canna to feel the symptoms.
3. cant admit to themselves that canna is addictive & they are addicts.

I have gone on vacation for 2 weeks and didn't smoke any pot. Been in the Hospital for weeks,no problem. You know what I did have a problem with? XANAX and BOOZE. Don't preach to me about addiction.

In all my years of lurking ICmag on various accounts I have seen some stupid shit let me tell you, but this is just fucking sad man. I have been smokin for a long time man, been through more dry spells than I would like, and have never experienced anything remotely like what you describe.

14 joints a day? Invest in some better meds imo. Honestly it sounds to me like you need to see a doctor.

wanna know what burns my ass? well i am an older gentlemen and due to my age and eating habbits i get H-ROIDS. me and my wife argue every so often and when i really piss her off the bitch will go and swap out contents of my ROID creme with icy-hot creme! now when i get that painful ass sensation i reach for my creme and apply liberly, then a few anxious moments latter my complete asshole/cheek are is on holy fucking fire! man oh man it sux even more when i accidently get some on my ballsack! i have nearly slapped my wife when she does this its hard holding back but i do. to bad she hasnt picked up that for the last 4 years i have been swapping out her bloating pills with stool softners!

If you don't want to listen to bullshit don't listen to the news been playing bullshit for the past ten years nothing will change. I have since stopped looking at the news only skim the news online for major events. I can tell you being bi-polar with no treatment can lead to people including myself doing crazy shit especially when its undiagnosed which it wasn't with him since had been in a center 4 times.

Agree that some folks do have a tendency to become addicted. But have never seen any research that has proven MJ is addictive.
