I'm sorry, but did the OP not say he has LARVA underneath his plants?

Was that a typo, or why is everyone else ignoring this?

what ph # you recomend ? if 5.9 is too low , I have the jorge cervantes medical marijuana book and it says " for hydroponics 5.8-6.0 being ideal ,,

That meant that 5.9 is not too low. So your problem is probably not pH related.
ideal- 5.5 -6.0 for hydro right? I use coco and keep my pH at 5.8 runoff usually at 6.2. It rises because of used up nutes and my water buffering it back up.

The little bugs are whats causing your problem. You do not have a nutrient deficiency. You need to find out more about them so we can identify them and come up with a solution. If left untreated, these guys will plague your entire grow. There are solutions for every pest, though, so lets get this figured out. It sounds like some species of aphid to me, but could be mites or thrips.

Have you noticed any flying bugs that looked like gnats?

Can you see any eggs on the undersides of leaves?

Can you get a closer look at the larva with a microscope or magnifying glass? What do they look like?

Are there any bugs on the roots that stick out of the rockwool?

Is there any standing water in the room? Are there bugs in the water?

Yes, ants farm and harvest all sorts of aphids. You have got the aphids almost definitely. Ignore them until they eat your grow I guess.

What ya think its happening ?
I can use hps and HM on my 600 watt lumatek digital ballast to power different size bulbs , witch one HPS or HM will be better for fast plant grown during vege ? My vege room its very tall about 12' High X 7' Length (at the bottom ^ ) X 3'6" Width . Which size bulbs will be my best option based on my room area ?
