Will you work with them until the 15.4., like topping, lst or something like that?
I remember they should go in a vertical tent after you flipped them to 12/12.
Have fun with your grow, I like the mob boss very much,
that one is about 30days in flower.

heya jochen, I'll bet your's are looking beautiful by now, how about an update?

I've been lazy and wasn't watching my pH pen close enough, well I should not have trusted my calibration fluid

it's a very nice Oakton series 5 tester with BNC probe and everything has been yellowing off a bit, which I didn't really pick up on as I rely on the HPS light to actually light the area I'm working when I'm feeding, basically I always see these gals looking yellowish but then it became obvious that I was getting lockout

so bought a new drop kit and yep, what I thought was 5.9 turns out to be 5.2 >>>>> Oh Boy

right, gettin back on track, got spinosad and gonna totally rid myself of the fungus gnats that have always been minimal but seem to be liking the new conditions

will post pics soon but probably only of my biggest strongest looking gal, who managed to find nutes despite the ridiculous pH range, she's even green which makes me think she's super hardy

we'll see, in a few weeks I should see some recovery and I may post pics of all, I'm a bit too embarrassed to at the moment

Leonidas, you should have no problems to keep the mob boss short, it is a very compact plant.
And you are right, cornflake, I made some pics the last days.




All the pics were made in the 10th week of flower from three different gals, a few days before the harvest.
I have the pleasure to smoke the mob boss at the moment and it is not only a nice plant to grow,
it is a real strong one, I love it more and more.
Thanks to Grindhouse for such a strain!

well here we are, as you can see this is my biggest strongest looking gal, she did suffer a little yellowing but nothing like the others whom I'll be surprised if I didn't kill em all (I just noticed my prophetic comment at top of this thread)

Very nice girls Jochen,what kind of stretch did you have on them?Ihave 3 confirmed girls,1 tang-tang pheno,very thin and branchy and 2 chem leaning pheno's that are at between 9 and 12" and don't really want them above 30".Cornflake,from the pictures yours look like they stretched quite a lot,any idea how much?

My plants had no real stretch, they were compact and had a slow growing. In my mind it is an easy to grow plant,
which gives you very much without being hypersensibel. The mob boss has a lot of chem, but i couldn`t find a nanner
and that is great.
Looking at my plants, which I didn`t top, I have to say, that they are all about 80-90cm.
30" are about 85cm and they were very uniform, not thin and clearly chem leaning pheno`s
with a nice yield and some strong buzz. So you should have no problems, if you have the 30",
a few more inches would be nice. I hope that helps you a little bit.

Put 1 of my plants into flower 3 weeks ago,cant believe how quickly she started putting out resin,leaves at top of plant had resin before there was any discernable buds forming.Very impressed with these seeds so far,have 2 more that are still vegging so i can take cuts from

Corn, how's shit comin'? In situations like that (with over grown plants), I would always prune 'em down or cut up into slips. Tha girl looks like she could be re-potted if kept around...... they bounce back just fine though.

Jochen, nice lookin lass you got there. Any more observations, would love to hear 'em?

Jaded, that looks like an angry Mob Boss. Fuckin' gnarly crystal production, that was one of THE most distinctive, physical qualities of tha Tang Tang. Of course you gotta finish her out an' run tha clone counter parts, but this is lookin' like a potential keeper to me, bruda. Keep us posted.......

I've kept my updates a secret steele

I did actually cut back all prophets and mob bosses except one, as the pH issue really f*cked em up bad, it almost seemed like they revegged in the flower cab.

I will reveg all eventually.

I think I won't be doing any more pic updates steele, am a bit too lazy to keep my camera free of pics of plants and keep getting myself in the shit with my non-smoking friends because they see pics of plants on my camera

I am really lucky you were the first breeder I tried around these boards, your's are easily up in the top 3-4 steele.

Yeah Steele,those Tang-Tang males seem to be very special,adding a nice blanket of resin and to me improving the smell but without really changing the structure.

Nice Jaded, sounds like tha Chem side of thangs made it through. Fuggin awesome as Chem D is one my favorites in terms of strength. Being able to smell that lemon fuel is very promising .....

hello Steele, I almost killed these pics because I've more or less given up spending time I need to spend doing other things, uploading, jstripping and cropping and resizing pics but then I remembered how much I appreciate your gift to me when I had no genetics and how that changed my life in a more positive direction

and decided to play around and post this update, because that's what men do

i am at a loss as to how long they've actually flowered, as I had a devastating pH issue that killed off a lot of foliage and stunted the ladies in the middle of flowering cycle

but I am loving how they're finishing up

there's one here I repotted into an airpot after the main cola died and I tried to save her by keeping the 2 side branches going, and wtf it looks like it's finishing same time as everyone else, who stayed in the flower cab and regenerated new growth over the old dead growth and well, I'll stfu now and let the ladies speak for themselves heh
