How to start a marijuana mail system to the east coast

So after much thought, i really want to get on a mail system. the guy i currently get all my supply from gets his straight from Humboldt and it is shipped here to the east coast through the mail.
I realize domestic mail is not opened, however MY QUESTION IS, how should i go about the shipping process. What i mean is, what safety measures should i take to ensure that it wont be questioned. i've had plenty of bud that literally saturated the air with its potent smell, so ensuring that it is well packaged, smell proof, stealthy, and unquestioned what steps should i undergo? I realize that this HAS been done before and i want advice from those that have experience. Also, if intercepted, the LACK of return address should ensure that it is impossible to track back to whom sent it. BUT if its intercepted what steps do i need to take for MY OWN safety. ie: its going to be questionable if a big bag of weed is found with my address on it. so how do i work around this?
Any help will be great.

please dont flag me because the purpose of this thread is NOT to ask for a supplier..JUST for secure methods of going about shipping.
