Use your mix. You're never going to learn unless you experiment. Get some Fox Farms Ocean FOrest too, so you have something to compare to. Check out the nutrients in the soil and watch your plants. If they get light green during veg, give them some nitrogen, like fish emulsion or something. During flower they can probably use some nutes added to the water. Make sure you have good aeration in your soil as i've found that poorly aerated soil tends to be the cause of over watering. Add perlite if needed. You can have 50% perlite in your soil without problems.

well i know this is a little old but for anyone searching for info on this soil ive used this mix with great success and think its way better than ff of. Here is a list of its contents, all organic

forest humus, fir bark fines, peat moss, perlite, chicken manure, worm castings, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, bone meal, bat guano, oyster shell and dolomite limes.

should be great for your clones

I am currently using and enjoying gardner & bloome potting soil. I didn't add anything and my plants are loving it. It is not a super-soil or anything, but does drain pretty well and fed my seedlings for a while. I am currently feeding GH 3-part using the LUCAS formula with some liquid karma. I also use compost and worm teas.
