I like additives, but not really on a schedule. 9 weeks of 12/12 looks like this:

Wk 1 - age-old organics bloom + protekt silicon 1x (30/10ml per gallon). I let em go DRY. Maybe drizzle some water in there. Topdress 100% perlite bukkit w/castings and rare earth.
Wk 2,3,4 - ~15 ml AO bloom + 15 ml PBP soil bloom + ~5ml LK + ~10ml protekt. I will also give 1 shot of plain water, followed by plant success soluble, followed by plain water.
Wk 5,6,7 - 30ml pbp + LK (5ml) + protekt (5ml). A few water onlies in there. Easy on the silicon and pbp towards the end.
Wk 8,9 - 1 full strength maxicrop kelp feed, followed by a plantsuccess feed, then water and a lil bit of molasses till chop.

I like to let the plants go very dry, ESPECIALLY when they are young, and also the last ~2 weeks (after they slow down drinking). That's basically it. Sometimes I'll add the end of my organic soil feeds (teas/pee water/fish+kelp) to the hempy's, but I don't think that it's really necessary. I bet that I would get similar results on 90% of my hempy's dropping EVERYTHING but the plant success and the pbp soil, lol. :D

Thankyou for the info, saved it and implementing a few ideas from oya before harvest :tiphat:

Here's a little pic update of how things are looking. Still tiny... i got a long extension cord, very long... and plugged it into an outlet on a different breaker. So now, i should hopefully not get anymore switches being tripped... and hopfully get some more beef on these tiny runts from better warmth... a little to late yes... but, next run...(i'm already thinkin about next run hah)...will be only sweet tooth..and have better heating. and since i'll be cloning the best one ....the branch i pick already having had flowered, it should super crop and be perfect. I really like the stability of the ST. Very similar and symmetrically balanced to their sister seeds.

Hey Red  Totally true about the hempys, less mess, basic concept, if somethin goes wrong it's allot easier to flush compared to soil. except the fact that purlite is dangerous (i just wear a breather mask when mixing up the stuff/potting). Overall quicker vigor.

I have some unfortunate news though. I have discovered two hermaphrodites this morning:cuss:

I've been doing a little pruning... luckily just in time to spot the few hermies i did... i still have 8 more buckets to browse through though.... and reinspecting of my most precious ones (the sweet tooths')

The ladies that hermied were Ice and ST. The best Ice plant i had to.... ugh...just started to really get hairy too. The ice had a few of the male flowers already opened.......no doubt they pollinated a few plants or the whole garden... it was only about 2 male flowers that opened but thats really all it takes.. so i quickly sprayed down the area with water thoroughly.

If the ST was able to hermie, most definitely means the cold really messed them up.

I'm just glad i figured out the heating problem today though, and now it's heated when the lights are off...

All that hard work.... I just feel it.... is gonna be for nothing... At least I'll get ONE plant that will come out great.....so long as whichever plant that may be - isn't flooded with beans.

........wish them luck:watchplant:

EDIT: I went through them all, two more sweet tooths had to be cut, and one soma (actually c99 maybe i can't remember, I'll have to check) Totally bummed out. drying them right now, they will be harsh as hell sooo, i'm going to be making a bunch of Canna-honey/butter to try and hide the strong bitter taste.
At least I have one ST thats really kickin still.. if it starts to herm, i'm going to flush it and get the most i can out of it.... i doubt it will hermie cause that thing seems to have doubled (almost trippled) in trichs in just 3 days.

EDIT;

Ouch. Hermies suck. IME, hermies = light leak or WAY too strong food. Usually light leaks. Give the garden a break for a lil bit - like 1/2 strength feeds of say pbp and cal mag for ~10 days +/-. Back the lights off a few inches, make sure no fans are blowing directly on plants (too much, lol), and CHECK FOR LIGHT LEAKS, lol.

On the upside, your plants seem to be young enough to sort of 'fill in' if you have to take a few plants out. :D

Yeah I was suspicious of the green light i use - which is basically a normal lightbulb with a green film... it seemed flimsy to me but everywhere i read said 'yeah any green light will do' basically. It's possible that every time i came into the room and used it - let alone the times accidentally left on.... but figured it'd be ok.

If it affected all the strains (which it seems to have had done), that should mean it's something like a light leek and/or cold cause they are all affected differently by the nutrients - i mean it gets pretty cold, 51-58F! (but thats fixed as of the other day), and thats something that would hit any strain pretty hard.

Definitely going out to buy another green light that looks thickly laden in green so you can't see through it at all. I don't use fans so i'm glad i don't have to worry about that being a problem

I use the pressure that builds up inside the ducting surrounding the plants and shoots out the holes i poked into it, which sprays air at the plants from 3 of 4 sides.. but not heavily, just a bunch of light streams of air, and the little computer fan outside the ducting to lightly blow air at them. the cold air coming from these COULD also be a factor...
Anyways, I'll try a few things, definitely have gotta get a new green light. And am going to have to go and sit in the room with darkeness to try and find if there are any tiny dull led's or lights coming off of the surge protector or timer...wouldn't think something like that could do harm but... better safe than sorry.

Day 63

Day 63

:yummy:

Here's all the sweet tooth shots, soon I'll be trying to get some macro's of the trichs just need to find my old homemade lense.. probably broken

mix of all them

Here's one of the somativas.

Here's one of the girls I left in the original 1/2 gal. baggy, would have gotten more girth to the buds if i had upgraded its bucket but I really did not care about this as much as my sweet toothes so...
It's c99, and i just did a Clearex flush with it - I didn't realize how close to being ready it was. I'll be clipping off one of it's lower hidden nodes and cloning it (once I harvest)... along with one of every other strain... just in case the smoke and high's are more than expected.

BTW, they are smelling amazing! I freaking love sweet tooth for this reason.

Sadly tiny colas still though, but hopefully the trich's will make up for that....

Found another hermie today...

Found another hermie today...

but the odd thing was, they started to appear on the colas... not at the lower areas of the bush. So I assume when I last moved the plants around and rotated them, this one must have been to close to the light.... it wasn't use to getting as much as it did i guess, even though it was 17in away... luckily it wasn't one of my ST's. Anywho, here's more pics

PS - the somativa is SO GOOD i've already planned on taking a cutting so it supercrops and making it a mother. It's definitely a plant that needs to be staked IF grown to its full potential.... i've let it reach about 1/5 it's potential, i've just somewhat purposefully dwarfed them. Would do great outdoors so i'm excited!!!

Ohmy.... I see those crystals starting to lather the edges of the leaves like salt on a martini glass :O

these babies should be done already.... though i purposefully extended their flowering after realizing how much cold slowed them down, so in order to get more weight i figured i'd need to add more flowering time,

hence adding superthrive twice in just the right dose.... just enough to extend their fruiting by 3 weeks or so. I shouldn't have done it with the somativa though, for it had a 10 week flowering as it was. - but these for some reason were autoflowering and would have finished fast, i just didn't want them to finish with such little mass. Still disappointing though that i had to do that, next time i just wont mess with the cold. Anywho, I bring up this because I ran out of pbp bloom so have had to use my advanced nutrients bloom formula jar. But just today I also ran out of my budswell, damn! but seeing how theyv'e grown quite a bit, the budswell isn't to necessary anymore though i'd very much like to still have a bunch left...
