as for that seedling, I wait until I have a couple of sets of leaves, then stick em under the big light
you can "harden it off", like for transplanting outside, that is, give it a few hours a day under the HPS for a couple of days, then four hours for a few days more, then 8 hours and so on, until after a week or so, it's fully accustomed to the more intense light, and spends all "day" under the hps.
but, really for a 150W, just wait till it has another set of leaves and then stick it under.

what do you think about putting that plant under the hps now though?
Screw "hardening off", put it under the HPS NOW!
I put my seedlings 3-4 feet under a 1000W HPS and the only consequence is that they grow 3X as fast as under flouro's!

yeah, the hardening off was pretty much for information's sake
I currently have six 3" tall banana kush seedlings 24" away from a 1000w HPS hortilux, no hardening off,...but I did wait till I had two sets of leaves.
Looks like some shitty soil for the seedling. Is that Miracle Grow organic with bonus sticks, bark and gnats?

Heres an example I've got, badly infested with root aphids, which is whats causing the yellowing.

yeah it is shitty miracle grow soil... its only going to be in there till the weekend though. im about to try to do a hempy bucket perlite vermiculite hydro grow. seems like the same concept as soil except a little more watering which i dont mind. should i keep the white widow updated? lol i got a la woman and some purple strain sprout growing too
