How much perlite are you adding are you adding to the basement mix? It's what I currently use and I was thinking of lightening it up a bit for the next run,

we try to put it at 50/50. Somewhere close to that. Helps get a bit more air to the roots in these beds.. Here is a question for all. They use oxygenated pellets when u buy fish and they put it in a bag for u. Would this work in a res? You know add some pellets to the res and put the mix in. Would it help oxygenate the feed?

Looks good bro...

Looks good bro...

Hey man. I just finished reading your thread. I was surprised with your yield last round based on the pics. Everything looks great this round, nice and even with no disruptions so far. If you keep this up you should double your last yield.

Is there plenty of fresh air exchange in the room? What is the temperature/humidity in there?

Are you hand watering? How often do you feed?

Finally, how far do you keep the lights from the tops?

Thanks for sharing your grow. I'd like to step it up to a setup the size of yours in the future. Threads like this will help me (and others) hit the ground running. Keep up the good work bruh...

Did you find the dry nug shots? :lurk:

Cant find the pics. I think they are on my boys computer. Have not talked to him in a minute.

There is plentey of air exchange. We use 2 10 inc can fans hooked to 38 special filers for exhaust. The intake is a 10 inch hole that pulls plenty of air with those fans pulling. Have the oscilating fans to move the air around so the canopy we have does not create powder mildew or mold from dry spots with no air excange.

I hand water. Feed every other day. The temps with lights on hit from 68 to 72 most of the time. Some days get a little lower or a little higher. Never over 75 and never under 63 with lights on. Lights off it hits low to mid fifties usually in the early morning and raises to around mid 50's to low 60's with lights off. Humidity is steady at 50 to 55 percent with the dehumidifier. We have a wet climate so its a must. As for doubling last yield. I would think at least a doubel. Plants are same size as last time and twice as many so it should at least double. Thanks for checkin in man..

Also curious about how you water in the coco beds.. is in possible to flush through them? I might think that such a setup would be hard to discern how saturated things are / if you've overwatered unless there's drainage potenital.
Looks beautiful bro, keep it up

Yes, we have a drain holes at one end of the tables. The other end is raised 2 inches so there is a downward slope. But so far i have not had any drainage. I use a moisture/ ph meter in different areas of the beds to see if it is wet or moist. So far never over and never dried out. It is a little more work and a bit more difficult but its worth it.

That shit looks quite tight there, man! I like the beds, tho they've gotta be a bitch to empty at the end of the harvest, you must have to hack thru it with like fukkin hedge trimmers, huh? LOL

How many sq ft is that?

All the best,
TG
