LED's make Less Heat. Do plants Yield more in Higher Heat?

Thanks SuperDro, I think you are right on the money! If you had an Natural Air Led cabinet what temp would you start your base at? where would you leave it at nite and day?

I saw a bit of purple stems this grow and I am thinking cause it went down to 65 in there at nite a few times.

I want to develop a cabinet for my LED grows too, and am arming myself with the knowledge that a 80-85F air temperature would bolster LED growth. I'm less concerned with total energy use as opposed to effectively growing the best I can with what I have.
I'm wondering if a well insulated cabinet with a warmed nutrient reservoir would provide enough passive heating to maintain that kind of temperature?

CO2 increases yield

Well that depends on the tempature of air comming in. Also you could set your air intake on a timer, 15 on 15 off. that could reduce the cold air comming in, as well as give the air in there time to warm up. But at night you would get pretty cold.

I grow my cab in a non heated "but sill a lil warm" spare bedroom, the air in the cab only went to like 10 degrees higher than the room. I donlt think insulating would help because the air comming in won't build up heat fast enough.

Having a res heater could help as well especially at nite.

If you going to need a heater at night, you can just leave it slightly on for the day time..

I have yet to try a LED setup, I answer because I'm an experienced gardener, and I know enough about plant physiology to tell right from wrong .
I would go with the day temperatures advised by LED growers. Night temps I try to use 72-77. Watch out for stretch, thats the sign of overdoing it
The optimal temp can be somewhat strain related BTW.

CO2 raises the temp? What do you mean - by using a burner?

The assimilation of CO2 is made easier for the plant if at higher levels. That means more light can be converted into work instead of heat, and the plants can endure higher temperatures and handle more light before bleach.

Assimilating the CO2 is only the first step when the plant "builds" new tissue. Basically, giving the plant more energy from it's environment helps it in the rest of the process.

Temperature and humidity is a sweet science.

EDIT: For all non believers, explain this: In the cold spring where I live, using a greenhouse makes cannabis plants grow 3-4 times faster than outdoors. They get the same lightcycle, and even 5% less light from the small amount absorbed by the glass, only other difference is heat
